I would like to share some feedback about my experience of working with P&A and Pluxa.

I am a landlord living overseas with a property in the UK. Peter, Anita and Istvan are a great team and have been managing my property over the last 2 years. During this time, I have found them to be highly professional and honest. They are approachable and always there to listen to my feedback as a landlord which gives me comfort that my property is well looked after. In terms of bookings, Pluxa has managed to secure long term corporate let direct bookings for my home which has ensured the property is generating cashflow each month. The booking statements are generated each month and the guaranteed pay-outs are in my bank each month without fail.

I have also closely worked with their sourcing arm P&A to source more properties and heavily relied on Peter’s local knowledge of the area to find more deals.

It has been a positive experience so far and I highly recommend working with them.

Cool. It's just great here !!! The infrastructure is well developed. There are all the shops you need for life. Beautiful nature. Everything is within walking distance.

My family and I stayed at Pluxa Apartments while I was on a business trip. I was pleased with the services. The apartment itself is new, gorgeous and spacious.

There is also a kitchen if you want to cook. The rooms are large and comfortable.

I'd visit Pluxa again!
