Boots for my husband for early…
Boots for my husband for early Christmas present. And he is delighted with them. He is size 41 and had to order woman's size, why don't you just have all the sizes shown instead of differentiating between the two, especially as they are exact the same shoe. It makes for confusing ordering.

The Vim is our best selling product.
Your point is noted regarding the sizing and to be fair for now the product is made using the same lasts so there is no difference in terms of the fit, which you do see in a small percentage of products labelled Men's or Women's.
I will speak to the design team and the supplier, although i believe that we probably still need to retain the gender specific for now, however ensure we have the appropriate sizing available in both genders.

Very satisfied! I ordered shoes a few times now. I'm very happy i could choose for sustainable and vegan shoes. Shipping was fast and costumer service was great; very friendly and helpful. Since brexit, shipping was a bit of an issue but that should be solved with the new distribution centre in europe :-). Recommended!

Nice boots but super slick on bottoms…
Nice boots but super slick on bottoms on some indoor surfaces and big labels and tags with lots of words kind of too much but I removed them and they look more simple and clean. Awesome they are vegan and comfortable!

I've known Po-Zu shoes for over 10…
I've known Po-Zu shoes for over 10 years and used to have a couple of pairs of their sandals for summer. They were The most comfortable shoe ever and felt like walking on clouds. I had hoped that the trainers I ordered would have the same foot base but over the years this has changed. It took quite a while to wear them in as the rear of the shoe was very hard but now they're ok. Comfortable but not quite as much 'bounce' as the sandals had. They look good and I hope they last for many years.

Thank you for your patience in wearing the shoe in - we have identified this as a minor issue and the design team have already implemented change to the designs for SS-22, hence hopefully removing this stiffness.
The sandals you refer to were manufactured in Portugal i think, although the whereabouts will not affect the way in which the shoes are put together.
The Foot Pillow from Sri Lanka should have given you allot of comfort.

I love the design of the shoes I bought and more important to me is the ethical aspect. The only reason I took a star off was that the backs of the shoes rubbed and will need breaking in a bit but that doesn’t deter me from buying again ! Thank you

We have explored some of the reasons why the backs of the shoes may rub a little to start with and the design team have we hope worked out the possible issue and the possible solution for the brand new collection in SS 22.
Apologies if this has caused any inconvenience.
To be honest because of the raw materials we use and the manufacturing process itself we do compromise a tiny amount with comfort, however its something that everybody at Po-Zu does not want to change and start to use alternative nasty materials and of course adhesives etc.
We will work out a way to ensure that the products become more comfortable each season.

Twice I ordered shoes and twice my order was cancelled. The second time it was only after I’d emailed to check up on delivery. Both times I did receive an apology and a full refund which is satisfactory but I’d rather have just had my order filled.

I do recall e mailing and explaining the situation we were faced with. Completely out of our control and frustratingly we were not 100% aware for at least 3 days.
The problem arose because of a system glitch, our platform normally talks to the system that manages our inventory and on this occasion it was only partially talking to the stock management system - giving random inaccurate information.
Thankfully not something that takes place on a regular basis, although we can understand your frustration.
Apologies that you had an unsatisfactory experience and do hope it has not put you off shopping with us in the future.

Po-Zu for the Win!
I bought the mint high tops for my daughter for her 17th birthday. We do not purchase anything from the American company (or it’s subsidiaries) due to their labor and political policies. These Po-Zu high tops look better, have better quality, and are vegan and sourced properly. Love that I can give her the look she loves while supporting a responsible company. Her friends love them as well! Shipping was fast, too! I had them from the UK faster than if they came from a domestic store.

You will be pleased to know that we are switching our courier companies and in doing so saving you considerably on shipping costs.
These will be available on line inside the next two weeks or so.
Moving forwards we are already exploring a small warehouse facility in California around August 2022, and ship AW 22 direct from the USA to our USA customer base, so shipping inside 2-3 days and the costs dramatically reduced and on some weekends free shipping!!!!

Getting good use
I bought a pair of Star Wars sneakers a year ago. They're super comfy, they got the sizing tips right. They still look almost new. The back of the heel cut into me a little at first but that didn't last long and now they're my go to for casual and smart casual.

I love the environmental and ethical shoes that I bought from Po Zu, I also love to hear that the workers are paid fairly.
I have to say that as a person who walks heavily on their heels my feet can feel a little sore after walking in these shoes for a bit, but other than that they're perfect!
