Been with this fee mail service since 1996. Happy. Can it improve? Sure. Is it a great service? Yes

One great, now terrible service.

OVERALL
Now I can not even send a party notice to 10-20 friends!! Flags as SPAM.. Joined in 1995 for $5/year. Great service. Now $20/year, riddled with issues, no service, poor performance, emails take too long to forward or just dis-appear without a trace.

Have a list of other problems, private and business emails simply disappear. Including Nationwide insurance PDF Policy emails sent to POBOX simply disappear. No trace. Verified by Nationwide. Verified by POBOX who finger points. Have other email services, no problems, just POBOX. Working on disconnecting from POBOX.

Recently secure PDF tax return emails from my CPAs tax emails sent to POBOX simply disappear. No trace. Verified by after 1 week of problems..

I've been a pobox user for close to 20 years. It's been fantastic for me. I don't use all of their options but the main one, being a permanent email address has been without blemish. Yes, in their early years, it was difficult to figure a few things out. But mostly I didn't have to do anything. My biggest issue in using Pobox is that some organizations have refused to allow me to use a redirecting service and I'm forced to use my real email address instead of pobox. I suspect that there are so few reviews here because the service is so reliable that we users tend to not think about it. To me, that's a 5 star service.

Horrible support. The fax number they have published (actually both of them) do not work. No online chat and no phone support. Their pages are outdated, it takes 24 hours to get a response and even then the information provided has errors in it. They don't seem to care at all if you cannot access your email.

I was satisfied with the whole services, except the CJK chars didn't work with 'trusted sender' stuff.
