I spoke to customer service to help me decide on the best pocket door frame for my situation. Ryland walked me through the pros and cons of the brands he thought best suited my needs. He was extremely helpful in making my decision. I ordered the frame and it arrived in the estimated time. I have not installed it yet.

The work hours were a little short, they don't open until like 10:00am Pacific Time, but once I got a hold of them they took care of me quickly and accurately. The Sli-Dor double pocket door was easy to assemble with the video linked on their website. Great price, functional quality for the lower priced unit that I purchased.

made an online order of 3 pocket door frames on Monday. On Tuesday I tried to find my order but could not. Sent an email requesting help, someone responded that day and I got the delivery on Thursday of that same week. Great Service.

This a great experience. I was unsure of the site at first because I’ve never heard of pocketdoor super store but there delivery was super fast ariiving in a few days to meet bathroom construction schedule. Pricing seem less then competitors with all the options I wanted in my pocket door mechanics! Trust them! I’m glad I did!

I got the double pocket door setup with the guide to open and close both doors at the same time. Along with the anti-slam. This was easily put together and any time I had a question or concern, I emailed Rylan and he got it worked out for me. Strongly recommend the product and was happy witht he way it turned out. My mudding and taping needs a little work but as far as the Eclisse frame and hardware, absolutely no complaints.

Delivery as promised. Came well packed and undamaged. Easy assembly and installation.

Our first door arrived damaged. We sent photos to customer service and the process for the replacement was incredibly simple and fast.

Pocket door was shipped very quickly. Packed well. Only complaint was the directions are a little weak however doable.

I ordered the wrong size pocket door and when I called they were able to correct the size with no questions asked. The delivery was on time and I was able to complete the project on time.

After an initial review the company contacted me and we resolved the issue with me returning the order and getting a full refund. This is actually the second time ordering from this company and I do plan on using them for a future project. Overall a good experience.

I have not opened the packages and will not be using the purchase until my custom doors are ready. The purchase procedure was easy and delivery was fast. Will have to wait until the destination area is ready and the doors have arrived to begin the installation.
