This is a fraud site. I booked the ticket and they sent me the confirmation. One day before the flight, I wanted to add my trip to the United airlines and it didn’t match my ticket number so I called the customer service number . They said that the flight is no more available and I need to book the urgency ticket paying double the amount. When I didn’t agree, the customer service transferred me to several others and they all said the same scripted lines. They sent me the emails which looks so phishing and they called me several times but it says scams likely and there is no voicemail left.Please please please never get the ticket from pocket fare. It is a 100% fraud site.

This is a fraud website. They charge me $240 for the flight and next day they told me that the flight overbooked I need to pay more.

Scam! First very low price on the website, the next day they make an excuse to force you to pay 2-3 times more! 'Cheap flight buddy' is the same. Don't fall for it, don't agree to pay; they cannot charge your card.

I talked to Roman Smith and he’s the most helpful, very accommodating and well knowledgeable with the problem I had. Very respectful too!

UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES: I can confirm Pocketfare's fraudulent practices. On Pocketfare's website today, I found and paid for 2 economy tickets on Alaska. I received an email confirming booking from Pocketfare, but no confirmation from Alaska (which had no record of our trip). I soon got a call from Pocketfare's salesman to demand more money, variously saying: the tickets wouldn't allow any luggage (its website had no such warning, and Alaska's basic economy allows you to pay for bags); only one traveler was confirmed to fly; Alaska was offering a different flight with American instead; and similar arguments. I demanded a refund, but he said (contradicting earlier statements) that Alaska's tickets are nonrefundable. I have already contacted the credit card company.

Fraud website . They do scam shows less price for round trip ticket when you book tickets and add your card then they email you and ask double price . If you want do cancel it is non refundable. They ask you more and more money for one way ticket. Employees are so rude. When you say why it’s not showing before . They said it’s not product we sell here . It’s you who comes here to book ticket now you have to pay double price. Totally scam.

“Booked” a flight and immediately got called saying airline didn’t take it and I need to buy a more expensive one. Then lady started yelling at me telling me I had to buy it or I would be cancelling with no money returned plus another fee. Had to lock my card and report it as fraud.

DO NOT PURCHASE NOTHING FROM THIS SITE...ITS A COMPKETE FAKE...LUCKILY I LOCKED MY CARD AND GOT THE NUMBER CHANGED BEFORE THEY GOT ANYTHING...I CALLED AND CALLED AND EVERYTIME I GOT SOME NON ENGLISH SPEAKING IDIOT THAT KEPT SAYING IT TAKES TIME AND THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK..THEN WHEN I ASKED IF I SHOULD CALL THE AIRLINE AND THEY SEEM TO GET UPSET...THATS WHEN I KNEW... Unfortunately, this company/site seems to have a M.O. I wish I had read the reviews before I attempted to book my flight. As other customers stated, they attempted to book then received a message that there was a problem. I too got the same message and when I tried to call #1 888 743 2292 the call doesn't go through. Needless to say, I have frozen my card.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM POCKETFARE!!!! I tried to buy a ticket on their site and when the purchase didnt go through in 10 minutes I called them. It was some Indian guy saying "Oh yes, dont worry your confirmation will come in a few hours" and then hours later still hasn't hit my account. I checked the flight with delta and used my confirmation number and there was no record of either. I locked my card, then 3 minutes later they called me and I didnt answer. And then they emailed me saying they couldn't process my card.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!

Do not purchase any tickets from them this is nothing but a scam I just got scammed beware you know what they say if it sounds to good to be true it is yes they will talk to you like they did me a ticket that supports to cost me 218.00 when up to over 400 and they said you can not get your money back we will see about that do not even think about purchasing a ticket from these crocks

I did not received e-tickets for the reservation of Southwest Airlines. So, I called on the 3rd day to inquire.
You had booking issues with the airline. That is no fault of mine. This caused me to change the airline to American Airlines with additional cost.
This is not the way anyone does the business. And certainly not acceptable. If I would not have called, It would have been total disasters.
Only good part is your staff helped me. They were great with fallow up. I give them 5 star for that.

Scam, scam, Beware-We booked a flight through Pocketfare.com to Bois International airport at a good price. Pocketfare called us within 24 hours of purchase to tell me that our tickets on wait list and not guaranteed.
We should pay $200 each more dollars for 4 tickets to actually get regular fare. It was more expensive than booking with the airline direct and they would not refund. My card had not yet been charged and there is no actual airline ticket and yet they say the charge in inevitable and it's completely against their policy to refund. I don't understand how I can be charged for a ticket that doesn't exist. They are not trustworthy, have the worst customer service, and are more of a scam than a travel company.
We had to call the visa company to dispute the payment. RBC visa was very helpful and the blocked my card.
After a lot of discussion they threatened us that they will talk to their Lawyer. I said “ go ahead”. I’m not going to pay for any tickets which is not confirmed and on wait list for confirmation. Scary. Big scammers. Be aware of fare switch

Buyer beware! I needed a flight to go on a cruise--found a great price and was very happy, only to have an agent call me within about an hour saying that the flights I booked are for standby only and could be changed by up to three days either side of my original booking!! That would in no way work for me and nowhere can I find anything that says it is for a stand-by ticket. I never would have purchased. But, they are hardline NO refunds. So, it was either pay $300 more for a confirmed ticket or lose all the money. Also, the $300 upsell was for terrible flight times. I could've done better just booking direct with the airlines. Even when I went on the airline sight I told her flight numbers and prices, the agent said she is not getting that price in her system. So aggravating!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because she worked with me for over an hour to find a flight that would work for "only" 300 more. Just save yourself and book direct.
