Very polite and professional service offered at pocket geek by Ali.
I have been going to Ali since years for all my phone needs especially me being ocd only Ali manages to apply the screen protectors on my Samsung Fold without any bubbles.
All my friends and family come to him as he does a good job with our tech and the bonus is he does it with a smile and makes you feel welcome each and every time.

Do not use even if insurance covers the phone
Halifax said they are part of insurance cover, and we were told they would call us within one hour
1. Its been a day and we never got a call
2. They dont provided any contact number so we can even call them directly
3. we paid excess of £100 but now worried this company wont even fix the issue nor do a reliable job based on the other reviews
