Pocket Option is the most unprofessional and fraudulent broker I have ever dealt with. My support ticket is #1244129. They have blocked my account and are now refusing to return my money, putting me through extreme harassment!

I have already cooperated fully and sent them multiple transaction verification videos as they requested. After making me wait for hours and days, their support team is now running a ridiculous automated loop. They are repeatedly asking me to log into my account and record a video of my 'Personal Data' page. How can I log in or record a video when THEY have blocked my account? It is completely impossible!

They are ignoring my logical explanations and trying every dirty trick to steal my funds. I demand that their senior management review ticket #1244129 and process my refund immediately to my USDT (BEP-20) address: 0xe9dc6e47bc1269678fd4d5e6b46a47f2434fe8b2. Stop scamming honest users and return my money!

I deposited the funds last night then told the guy in charge that I will set it up tomorrow cause it wouldn't register my email then woke up this morning to 26 dollars in the account all i got was something went wrong and then ghosted me when I asked where my money is...do yourself a favour don't even think about this one

I am writing this to warn everyone. I requested a withdrawal of 8500 EGP (Withdrawal ID: 14145379) on Pocket Option. Due to a typo, the funds went to a wrong number (01550302953). I provided official video and screenshot evidence from Vodafone Egypt proving that this number DOES NOT HAVE A WALLET, which means the funds bounced back to the local provider's account immediately.
​However, the local provider fabricated a fake success receipt to steal the money. Pocket Option support acknowledged the issue and put it on a "priority line" (Ticket ID: 130955227) but now they are completely ignoring me and delaying my payment. This platform is protecting a fraudulent provider Do not trust them until they resolve this

These people are a scam when you’re a beginner profile it’ll let you when a few times I withdrew at least 1200 of profit and after my second withdrawal it’s like every single trade I made was swallowed not matter what the odds are it’s like they have bots playing against you this is a shady side I’ve lost maybe 3k in less than a month trying to make sure i wasn’t crazy a straight scammmmmmm do not do it !!!

Worst trading app they tried to give greedy to the poor people through adds and when u deposit your money you will get loss of every trade. This isn’t a trading app it is a gambling app if they want you will win tue trade if they dont want your trade will get loss.
Plz dont deposit on these binary trading apps use and invest on cryptos.

One big scam! The platform will pay you a maximum of your deposit, but if you want to withdraw your profit without warning, you will get an account blocked! They operate on an affiliate program where influencers show that everything works and the platform pays profits, but as soon as they have to pay something and lose money, you will immediately get blocked and you will never see your money again! I recommend everyone to avoid this platform with a big bow! Since they do not have a license, they can do whatever they want and rob people...

How about the people who trade live on YouTube and then, request you to "donate" your money for them to trade it for you? I felt into this trap. They share a link for you to send them the money (to a bitcoin wallet) and in that link they also share their rules for trading, which are: #1. The minimum amount you must send is from $300 usd, #2. You request for them to reach a certain amount, for example you want $1000, or you could also just ask how many times you want your money to be traded by them, like 1 time, 2 times etc. #3. If they lose your money at the first attempt, they will try again using their own funds, but if lost again you lose your money. Sounds pretty fair right. I felt! send my $300 to Arnold Explainer, requested 1 attempt and he lost twice. If you also felt into this trap from these you tubers (I know about 5 of them on YouTube requesting your "donations") leave your experience here, because it will help others. I wish I read about this before sending my hard earned money to him. Did you also experience something like this?

I withdrew the funds on May 24, 2026, and the money hasn't arrived yet. When I contacted support, they sent me two completely contradictory screenshots: the first from Vodafone Cash and the second from InstaPay, both bearing the same MetServe name.

Pocket Option's local payment gateway in Egypt is actively scamming users and forging fake mobile wallet transaction screenshots (Photoshop). I provided official proof from the telecom network (Orange Egypt) confirming the transaction does not exist, yet support is delaying and protecting the scammer. Now, the live chat is flooded with other victims (Hanan H, Ahmed M, Ismail) reporting the exact same forged screenshots and stolen funds. Credit my 1000 EGP immediately! This is a severe violation of AML compliance.

Thurs 11th June '2026. I am disappointed in myself as a Top Tier Google Maps Reviewer. I didn't think to check this company until today. Customer service was good to a point, but when I wanted to complain about 1 of the Traders who is affiliated with them, Sofia Rossi, they were unable to help. If you have a trader affiliated with your company, you should be able to help if a complaint is made. Now, having seen the reviews here, I am glad I closed my account. I will stick with using Vantage if I am going to copy any trader.

Pocket Option is clearly a total scam platform and a piece of shit. We must work hard to completely disconnect their severs and burn them to the ground.

There is Zero Legitimacy to the platform and ethical Hackers have uncovered this truth just recently with evidence that has been sent to Nigerian authorities and other authorities in the offshore islands . DO NOT USE APPS LIKE THIS. I’m old and 34 years of Floor trading and 13 crypto trading . All you have to do is run your mouse over the buy and sell buttons over and over fast without purchase and watch the candles …..PROOF OF FRAUD this algorithm works with your device and it’s not that high tech. Pocket auction is absolutely scammers and using fake trade features to make you predict something wrong while they pretend the market is going up

I am writing this to warn other affiliate marketers about Pocket Partners (affiliate.p.finance / Pocket Option). They actively run a "Refer a Friend – Get an iPhone 17 Pro" promotion. After successfully bringing 3 real, valid referrals to their platform, my reward payout was abruptly denied.
When I opened a support ticket to ask why, I was given generic responses claiming my traffic was "low quality." I repeatedly asked for transparent metrics, specific data, or a manual compliance review so I could verify the authenticity of my users.
Instead of providing details, support agent Thea explicitly told me under Ticket #1319114: "The decision was made based on traffic

Scammers, they have extra ticks on Live account to make your position failed. They makin delay on live account with succcess/lose posotion to make ecta ticks. AVOID THEM! Tested live vs demo account many times

This company is fraudulent! I am still expecting from them to return to me back my money. They are avoiding to return back my money in the last three months inventing ridiculous excuses.
