This company are scammers. They are illegitimate and unregistered. They have traders they work with who help scam potential clients so don't work with any trader who suggests that you open a pocketoption account.

I deposited $5 on Pocket Option and traded it up to $178.91. My profit was $173.91.

When I tried to withdraw to my MTN MoMo, they canceled it due to a name mismatch. The MoMo is under ENANGA NDONDI KELLY and my Pocket Option account is under Ngwa Allen Ngi. My mistake for not checking that first.

Instead of letting me correct it or withdraw to a matching account, they blocked my account under Clause 2.2 and won’t release any funds. So both my $5 deposit and $173.91 profit are stuck.

If you use Pocket Option, make sure every name matches 100% before you deposit. Once they block you, support stops helping.

It analyzes the market by its own internal rules and independently decides when to open or close trades. But the copy trading system is a completely different mechanism. It’s supposed to blindly copy every move I make, every trade in real time, without any of its own “thoughts” or analysis. When you had AI Mode on, there was a fatal conflict between the systems. Basically, your account was trying to do two things at once: on one hand, copy my trades, and on the other, the AI was deciding whether to execute them, ignore them, or even close them early. As a result, none of my trades were copied correctly, and essentially you were disconnected from my profit stream the whole time. I am unable to withdraw my funds from Pocket Option.

My account is fully verified (KYC completed), and I am attempting to withdraw funds using the same card I used for deposit. However, I receive an error stating that my card is “not supported in this region,” which makes no sense because the deposit was successful from the same card.

I have contacted support multiple times via email, but only one message was delivered, and I have not received any response so far.

The platform consistently manipulates price action. To the point that their sensitivity on the call and put option buttons if you go to the 5 second chart and mash up you can see the price action go down at the exact time if you mash down you can see it go up continuously

Pocket option is a scam. Dont ever try. They have a system of ensuring you waste time and money. The ideal situation is for you to run around and never achieve true success and lets say you make some cash in their system, withdrawals are a nightmare, they will find a way to ask a never ending verification process. I deposited usd 100 made 1000 when i made a withdrawal they rejected it yet i had done verification.
