like said in a previous post , i didnt get my full package only half , the sender doesnt respond , so waste of money.
Edit : I Finally got my second half of the package , i had to wait a long time to get an answer for the cause of "being on vacations".
I would like to emphasize the lack of communication on the website (try to put a message on the website warning the user if the team is on vacation).
Finally i would like to say that even if i got all my package correctly on the website , i got at every command (and when i say every , its really each one of my commands) a problem (late delivery , parts missing , ...).

Hello, i ordeded a huge value product from another country. Product and Price was great but web let me buy the product without stock and without any message about the pyshical store was closed due holidays so my order was delayed. In addition, no response was given vía email for the same reason (bank/holidays). I would recommend to implement a message alert (web and email auto-replay) if the product will not be delivered on time for any reason
If you buy in this web, ensure there is not bank holidays near in the website country.

Fast delivery, great quality and good customer service

Never bought from this site before and decided to pick a couple card boxes that were charged immediately to my bank account. However, confirmation email stated the delivery would be done in 2-3 days and I would receive an email when the order was shipped, but after a week I had nothing. Decided to email their customer service and I still received no answer to my email. Sent two more, and also a message in Facebook and only more than a week after my first email and when I was already worried about being scammed and was writing to cancel my order, I received word that they had all been on holidays, and that they had been out of stock for my requested products (something they never mentioned before) and no one could reply to my email. Not the customer service I would expect from a good online site by far. I am thankful for the products being finally received but sadly will not trust them again.

Tried multiple times to contact Pokeflip on the delay of the shipment. No single reply to my mails. Next day delivery is advertised, it ended up being delivered 9 days later. I tried to contact them to cancel the shipment since it’s wasn’t shipped yet, no answer. For returns, you’ll need to contact them via the same mail address. I do not have any confidence the return payment will be fulfilled. There is no phone number available to call. I will never order here again, very poor service.
