One of the figures I ordered was broken when it arrived and I got a promo code for 10 EUR as compensation and I were recommended to use superglue for the figure.
The figure itself cost 75 EUR and the promo code wouldn't even cover the expensive shipping if I bought anything new. I would not consider buy anything from them again.

It came faster than expected. I also thought it was just part of a set. Not the whole thing! I'm very pleased.

I got what I asked for and in great condition.
Since I ordered something that was not released yet, I had to wait for a long time for it.
There were no updates sent out at any point, only told to wait approx 6 months to get any progress.
And even then the order was informed to me about on the very last days of estimation. So be prepared to wait for a long time if you pre-order something.
Maybe the communication could've been better, rather than being silent for half a year.
Anyways, no complaints on the product. Great stuff.

The package was nice not like dragnair set was in brown box only but I wish that with every figure there is a small card with product information and date of issue

I placed an order for the Shiny Sandile, Krokorok, and Krookodile 1/20 scale figures ages ago back in May of this year, 05/07/2023 to be specific, and it is now November, 11/19/2023. It now says that the figures are sold out, but are also still in the pre-order phase. What is going on, and where is my product?

I got my order and that made me happy. It did take a while for it to be completed but in the end I did receive it. The packaging was great and once they shipped it order it didn't take long to get to my home.

The products has been fantastic, my only suggestion is to improve the communication about delivery process and delivery time.

Customer service is kind and courteous. You should know once you place a deposit, you are locked in to the purchase and the deposit is a good percentage of the total cost up front. Sometimes you change your mind about a pre-order or you just want to place the order closer to the release date. But the release date is pretty vague on the items. You could end up be waiting a long time for the items in the meanwhile you are responsible to pay the deposit. The reason I don't want to wait to purchase when the item is actually in stock is because you don't know when it is going to be in stock so it may or may not sell out. So I feel like my only option is to pre-order but then I have to put so much money up front. Other companies I buy from have super low deposits, for example $2. But ordering two small resin figures can easily rack up $150 just for deposit. Other than that so far the company seems reliable. They are a little short staffed like most businesses these days so you will sometimes wait as long as 4 or 5 days max for a reply.

That being said , the actual statue I ordered arrived in a timely manner and with shipping updates. The product itself was very pretty and surprisingly very good quality. There were plenty of swappable parts and display stands for figures included. The paint job was smooth, well applied, and had a nice finish. It looks exactly like the character and satisfied my need for mega evolved pokemon statues ! Would buy from again

I ordered a Galarian Moltres statue at Pokegalerie Oct of last year (2022). We are now entering October of 2023, and I still have no word on when this product will ship. Every time I contact them they say the manufacturer hasn’t given them the item. It was supposed to ship quarter 4 2022- quarter 1 of 2023. They refuse to give a refund and I am just out of money, almost $150 including shipping and taxes. It has been a horrible experience.

the items ive gotten are nice but ive been waiting over 6 months for some items an still no update

All of the figures are very high quality, sadly the Dragonite figurine that I got was damaged in shipping with a broken wing and I'm still waiting on if I can get a refund.
