Used to be a great seller but the recent release prices have been really disappointing. Yet another seller who’s pushing prices and harming the market.
Also, I haven’t ‘literally told you’ to stop buying stock, that is false, please re-read my email. I said it was bad practice. That is my reason for downgrading.
As you have clearly taken this quite personally, I have emailed as requested.

Im sorry you are unhappy. As I explained via email if I buy products for a higher cost then I need to charge a higher cost. At this point in time smaller businesses are struggling to get stock and therefore to keep the business running I must acquire stock from somewhere. Otherwise I will need to close the business. It really is simple business management. Im sorry you dont like it and have literally told me to stop buying at higher costs and to take the consequences of having no stock but to keep the business alive it is a must. When I can get stock for wholesale prices I sell it at rrp which you can see from reviews and you yourself benefited from. Unfortunately getting a good amount at wholesale prices isnt always the case and definately hasnt been for the new releases. I wish you all the best when trying to get product.

Great communication, even with a slight issue on postage they went over and above to ensure the issue was sorted. Packaging was great and the product was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend!

Great customer service
