I’m really sorry you feel this way. I work 7 days a week on this company and try to reply as quickly as possible to all WhatsApp questions regarding orders, including over weekends. I’ve also built an AI support agent to help improve response times even further.
I do completely hear you regarding the delay, and I understand how frustrating it is. Unfortunately, this delay is 100% out of our control, and all stores are currently in the same boat.
Please send me a DM and I’ll see if I can organise a nice voucher for you, or possibly some 30th Anniversary products 🙌🏽
Also, just to clarify regarding the gambling concern: we have already checked the rules around this. You are purchasing a 4-pack of booster packs and you receive a 4-pack of booster packs every time. It works in the same way that every standard booster pack contains a fixed number of cards. 🙂

Really good experience with Pokestore. Fast delivery, solid prices, and products legit. Everything arrived well packaged and exactly as expected. Friendly service, smooth process, and overall just a proper reliable store. Packs got delivered with bubble wrap and a nice little sweet treat inside. Great service and the owner is very responsive with queries. Would definitely recommend them with the above mentioned and the fact that their prices are pretty good. Owner is also very transparent with processes and costs involved. Would definitely recommend and I will be ordering again soon!
