I ordered some ascended hero cards…
I ordered some ascended hero cards booster packs. 23 Feb 26 . ETA was 27 feb 2026 . After no delivery I called but I was told it’s Pokemon not able to deliver stock . This was over the Pokémon day celebration and I had many guests at my house. Still no cards delivered. No updates on processing order !!! It’s been very frustrating. Very disappointed. Still hoping to get my stock .

You ordered a product that was clearly marked as a pre-order. This was communicated clearly on the website, confirmed via a phone call which you acknowledged, and also communicated in the WhatsApp group.
You mentioned that you did not understand why you had to pay for the product if we did not have it yet, but this is standard Pokémon pre-order practice worldwide. When you pre-order a product, whether from us, another store, or even directly from Nintendo/Pokémon, you would still need to wait for the official release date.
This is the first time in over 3,500 orders that we have received a negative review from a customer not understanding how pre-orders work.

Reputable and high quality store!
I’ve made multiple purchases from this store and have never been disappointed! Their online portal was easy to use and finding what I needed was never an issue! Delivery was extremely prompt and packaged with the necessary protection for my orders! I also had custom orders on occasion with specific artworks for booster packs and the guys at PokeStore were always willing to help if they could! Definitely a staple store for buying cards in Cape Town!
