Absolutely fantastic.
My first time with PSO
Can’t recommend them highly enough. Every detail catered for in such a pleasant manner. Nothing was too much.
Zuhal and Yusaf were amazing and available for your needs throughout our time in Shorgun.

It's start with a great booking experience with the lovely PSO team. For the stay the resort was terrific. The coaches are world class coaches and players. The running of each session was seamlessly fun and educational. The PSO team are there morning, noon and night to ensure everyone is looked after and happy. The people in the group were all super friendly and wanted enjoyment, learning, and competition. This is my second trip and not my last. Also great value for money. Thx PSO 🤗

The personal touch. Zuhal and Yusuf will become part of your sporting family. Their attention to detail, finding the perfect resort and perfect facilities is what they thrive on. As a customer facing professional I see the highest standard of delivery with this family business. Organising dinner, gala, fun and games, they do it all. Bravo you lovely people! BTW this was my 3rd trip with them...

What a fantastic week in Türkiye at Ali Bey on a Polats pickleball holiday. Sun, sea and pickleball by the beach . It’s been good - more than good. We had 4 super coaches 👏👏👏, great company ❤️, fantastic food, 😋 5* accommodation, too much to drink🍹and laughs by the bucket load! We even threw in a round of golf too ⛳️

Just come back from a fantastic pickleball week in Sorgun, Turkey hosted by PSO Travel. Attention to detail was second to none. Zuhal & Yusuf were constantly available to help and support. Can’t recommend this family run company higher. This is my second holiday with them and I don’t normally go anywhere twice!

My husband and I joined PSO Travel on a 7 day Pickleball holiday to the Ali Bey resort in Turkey. The organisation was flawless and the accommodation (rooms, food, bars, pools, spa, atmosphere, range of activities, sports facilities, beachside location) was divine. The PB coaching was meticulously planned after the coaches sought feedback on what the players wanted. It was sensitively delivered by 4 of the top coaches in the UK. Our heads are exploding with the vast amount of useful information we learnt and we left relaxed and “chomping at the bit” to practice at home. Well done team and thank you so much!

A fantastic week spent in Sorgun Turkiye being thoroughly spoilt whilst improving my pickleball game. To say Zuhal and Yusuf hosted us would be a huge understatement. All we had to do was to work out which of the restaurants in the fabulous Ali Bey resort we should eat at.
25 keen players benefited from 4 hours a day coaching in technique, tactics and mindset from 4 excellent coaches (each with different perspectives and approaches) culminating in an end of week tournament and celebration.
I am looking forward to the next one at which I promise myself to dink more and drink less :)

Went on a Pickleball retreat to Ali Bey all inclusive resort in Turkey with Polat Sports. Zuhal and Jusef are a lovely couple and looked after our needs from start to finish. Our group of about 30 people were picked up on arrival and taken to the resort by coach and if we had any problems or requests we only had to ask. We had a lovely week and were very well looked after. Would highly recommend Polat Sports.

Another Outstanding Pickleball Holiday with PSO Holidays!

This was my second Pickleball holiday with Zuhal and Yusef from PSO Travel, and once again, they absolutely delivered. This time we stayed at the Ali Bey Resort near Side — an ultra 5-star experience from start to finish. The hotel was stunning, with luxurious rooms, incredible food, and a beautifully relaxing atmosphere, in addition to 5 purpose built pickleball courts!

Zuhal and Yusef’s organisation was impeccable as always. Everything ran like clockwork, yet felt effortless. The Pickleball sessions and coaching were excellent, catering to all levels and keeping everyone engaged and improving. Off the court, the fun didn’t stop — the whole group was entertained throughout the trip.

I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. PSO Holidays strikes the perfect balance between sport, relaxation, and fun. I am already looking forward to my next trip with them — hopefully for a bit longer next time!

Zuhal & Yusuf have created a perfect business model. Their attention to detail, organisation and support before and during our holiday was second to none.
Our group of 16 loved every moment, we will continue to reccomend PSO, Ali bey and our coach Scott to as many as possible at our club and generally.

From the moment we booked our tennis/padel holiday with PSO, the communication was good. Easy and very comfortable private transfer from airport to Hillside Beach Club, Fethiye where we spent a delightful week playing tennis, padel and enjoying the delicious food. Yusuf/Zuhal both spent time explaining the itinerary, booking excursions, organising private birthday celebrations for one of our group. The tennis coaching was very good and the weather fantastic. We would highly recommend PSO.

15 of us from Kenton Tennis Club just had a week at Ali Bey in Turkey arranged and hosted by Zuhal and Yusuf @ PSO. Our party included 7 adult players, 4 junior plays and 4 non-players all of whom enjoyed it immensely. The tennis sessions were excellent with 3 different coaches accommodating all levels of players. Socially it was a blast, with another party from PSO also mixing with us and after tennis activities including swimming in the sea and pools, big slides at the aquapark, feasting in several on-site restaurants, turkish baths, padel tennis, a speedboat trip and exploring the range of cocktails at the poolside bar! Good and convenient accommodation, most the activities are included in the price, and Zuhal is a master of logistics and always on hand to answer any questions.

Spent a fabulous 5 days at Alibey resort and had an amazing time. Tennis coaching from Scott was excellent and we were very well looked after by Zuhal and Yusaf. I would have no hesitation in recommending PSO!

We spent a week at the Ali Bey resort in Side, with tennis coaching each morning by Scott Tawse.

Zuhal and Yusef expertly managed every detail of our trip, allowing us to simply relax when we were there. At all times there was clear and timely information, delivered with a smile, and they dealt with all enquiries promptly and efficiently - even finding out which bar was showing which football match!

A huge shout-out to Scott, who is the best tennis coach we have ever used.

Had an amazing tennis week with faultless organisation. Zuhal and Yusef were as helpful as could be. Coaching from Scott was brilliant and he managed to look after each and everyone of us, at all our levels. Hotel was perfect and loved having the chance of doing some paddle and learning Pickle Ball for the first time - excellent coaching again from Scott. Would highly recommend Polats to anyone.

As well as faultless organisation and such a high quality venue PSO kept on top of everything, throughout our trip. Hotel was great, coaching by Scott Tawse was brilliantly pitched to suit everyone in our group and was both fun and so effective.

Excellent stay at the Hillside resort Fethiye. Stunning setting, crystal clear sea, excellent food and a room with a view! Our hosts, The Polats, couldn’t be more friendly, knowledgeable, attentive or helpful. They organised an outing in a beautiful gulet for the day, as well as trips into town and market and a visit to the stunning nearby blue Lagoon. Nothing is too much trouble! Thank you

We’ve just returned from our second amazing tennis holiday with PSO (Polat Sport Organisation), and once again, it exceeded expectations! We stayed at the Ali Bey Manavgat hotel and tennis complex — a great venue offering the perfect mix of tennis, sunshine, swimming, more tennis and an endless supply of cocktails and food.
The coaching led by Scott Tawse was exceptional. He had a positive insightful approach, rooted in sport psychology, coupled with doubles strategy expertise. He worked personally with each player, honing our individual techniques and strengths.
A huge thanks as well to Jo, our wonderful host for the week. She handled everything with ease, solving any minor hiccups and making everyone feel welcome. She quickly became one of our team.

This is my second time with Zuhal and Yusuf of Polats Sports. Last November was my first time and I had a better experience than I could ever have imagined, so I had no hesitation in booking again, just 6 months later.
However, this time it did not go to plan, but it proved to me again how incredible Zuhal and Yusuf are.
At the end of the first day on court, I went to the Sauna, and came to in intensive care in the hospital, I had collapsed and was unconcious for at least an hour.
Zuhal and Yusuf came to the hospital whenever required and bought me whatever I needed, they were incredibly supportive, even though they were also looking after the other players back at the hotel. Their help and support for me was totally outstanding every step of the way, even coming to my rescue when my credit card wouldn't work when I was trying to pay for my meds before being allowed back to the hotel 4 days later, they arranged a direct funds transfer on my behalf.
Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to play any more that week, but I will definitely be booking again with Polats in the future
If more than 5 stars were available for a review, they would definitely get it from me, but I am sure they would also get more from everyone else who has been on one of their trips.
