I saw Policygenius advertised on Tucker Carlson show. I called immediately and found my affordable policy in just a short time. When my policy arrived I had my daughter who works with insurance to check it over. She said it was really good. Very very pleased.

Great initially, until I had to change something..then the problems stated.

Initial discussion was good and everything went smoothly. The problem began when I found 1 question that was entered inaccurately that I needed to get corrected. And despite generally descent responsiveness to questions, they don't seem to be able to actually make any corrections to the policy. In the month+ since I notified them they still haven't made the correction needed. I messaged them via the txt msg's and via the website.

After a month of nothing they literally just re-pushed the same wrong policy at me to try and get me to sign it.

So the document was denied and another day has gone by, zero follow up.

I would not recommend this company because they don't seem to be able or willing to correct anything after the initial discussion in a time frame anyone would find acceptable.

Great experience on first looking into term insurance. I have always used the ife insurance offered by my company and have not looked into other options. Courtney was very helpful in explaining the options and walking my wife and I through the application process allowing us to make an informed decision before my annual election period was up at work. Enthusiasticly recomend contacting them for a quote before continuing to pay for supplemental insurance through an employer who's premiums will continue to increase year after year.

Outstanding customer service experience with Courtney. We spent an hour and a half on the phone with Courtney this evening and he dealt with football pickups, meal preparations, and four kiddos winding down for the evening, all with grace and understanding. This is something I’ve been putting off doing for far too long and he made the process as painless as possible, answering a myriad of questions without missing a step. Thank you Policygenius for employing such a consummate professional to assist us in ensuring our children will be well cared for should the unthinkable occur.
