Pologize has horrible shipping and customer interaction (never buying from them again!)

i ordered before from pologize last year, took 2 months to arrive. but now i ordered in autumn last year and it is nearly 5 months and nothing! their customer support and tracking numbers are broken (this also means no refunds) my order #156803 STILL ISN'T SHIPPED, what the HELL are you guys doing? i didn't pre-order a coat, i bought one because you have it in stock. NOW SEND IT PLEASE OR FULL PAY PAL REFUND!

Pologize is a scam

Pologize is a scam. I placed an order five months ago. Never arrived. I sent emails and still nothing. No refund, no order, no nothing. From the looks of the other reviews it seems like this is just what this company does.

No product/no refund. Bad first and last time experience.

I ordered an overcoat back in Nov or Dec 2022 and I still haven't gotten it. I contacted the company and apologized and promised to look into it, but to date no coat, no refund and no contact from Pologize. I also lodged a complaint with Paypal, but luck there either.

Looks like scam, same answer to all complaints, no delivery news, contact us redirect to a completely different website, my bad I didn't check reviews before placing my order

I ordered some jeans back in September…

I ordered some jeans back in September and it is now Feb and I still haven't received anything and everytime I ask for a refund they say your order is being shipped now they are saying they moving warehouses. It's a bunch of crap

Stay away Pologize

Stay away. Ordered some clothes in Nov… response has always been that they had delay in factory production… asked several times for a refund… and now they are very busy to process the refund. Had to lodge a formal refund with card issuer

I ordred one item 29.11.2022 and live in Norway. Have tried to contact them via customerservice recently but no reply yet. This is way too long delivery time for a company who wanna to be taken seriously.

Ordered 2022 Nov, it’s Nearly Feb; no goods

Let me start with the fact that I’ve ordered from them before. The order took a week longer than expected but it arrived and we were pleased with the item. But that was in the USA.

Now I live in the UK and in November, I ordered from Pologize again. I bought several items hoping they would be Christmas gifts. Well it’s the end of January… and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted customer service several times and said they were having factory issues… I’ve just requested a refund. I’m guessing that won’t go well.

Update: Pologize did give me a full refund and apology for the inconvenience. I’ll take that.

They don't care about their costumers at all. The phone number doesn't work and they don't reply to emails. This company is a fraud.

Ordered a hat in October 2022

Ordered a hat in October 2022. It still hasn't turned up mid Jan 2023. Raising the problem with Pologize is near impossible after registering you first complaint. Only one very snotty email response from them saying basically "you'll have to wait". Very poor. Please avoid the temptation to buy from them.

Avoid Pologize like the plague

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes over 4 months(!!!) ago and they still haven't arrived. Their customer service has never done me the courtesy of calling me when I requested, after many, many messages to their Fbook messenger account. All they do is say it's en route and refuse to give me a refund. Scandalous company that you should avoid like the plague.

I should have looked at the reviews first

Should have read the reviews before I placed the order. My order was for three items and a service tip, but I never received the shirts. They did respond once, saying they would look into the delay, but after that, radio silence. Still have not received these items.

Shame on me me for not looking at the reviews first.

They had sent another email saying I would get someone to respond to my review, and again, no one ever responded. Just want either a refund or the product that I ordered.

Stay away from this company!!

Stay away from this company!!! I bought 2 shirts from them, In November, after 3 weeks they told me that one of the shirts was out of stock, I requested a refund and they refuse to give it to me, so they gave me a store credit. Needless to say the other shirt arrive a month later and is completely he wrong size.
The product came from China and is of very poor quality.

ORDER #155538 placed in July 2022 not yet dispatched

ORDER #155538 placed in July 2022.
T shirts ordered not yet received inspite of repeated reminders.
Online complaint made and surprisingly they give you courier dispatch, whereas material was never dispatched.
Recently received an e mail saying they can issue refund or some discount which also seems like a scam.
