WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I placed my order weeks ago, reached out to get a tracking number, and a couple days later received an email back. They informed me there was a slight delay but my order was 'complete' and I'd receive a code soon. They refused to give me a specific day when I would receive a tracking number. It has been over a week and I still have not even received a tracking number. I have attempted to reach back out to the rep that emailed me with no luck, I have attempted to submit additional requests with no luck, I have attempted TO CALL THEIR PHONE NUMER AND ITS NOT IN SERVICE. I would advise against purchasing from this store, seems like a scam.

EDIT: They reach out with the same pre-written response, do not think that they actually resolved this issue whatsoever. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

Once reliable but not anymore!

Can't get anyone to give me an estimate of when my 2 orders will be received. One order is 6 weeks old, and the second is 4 months old. But yet they keep advertising the same products on Facebook!

Should have a disclaimer at the bottom that you might not get your order within the same calendar year!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a Christmas gift for my son on Dec 2nd and have not yet received an email with shipping information. The website does not show tracking information. I am still waiting for the page to refresh. IS THIS A SCAM!!!!

DO NOT ORDER - Horrible experience

DO NOT ORDER. Seems like a scam. Ordered from them in November and paid extra for shipping insurance. They haven’t shipped, haven’t contacted me, and the contact on their website is broken so there’s no way to get the help I need.

I think I got scanned this time

I order from them last year, it took a about 3 weeks to receive the jacket, and my son loved it. This year I ordered again on November 18, 2022, and so far I didn’t received the clothes yet, I followed up with the track number 159443 do not found. I tried to call but the number is not working. I think this time I got scan too. I paid debit, don’t know how to get my money back.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! Order #157659…. Ordered in October, after a month submitted a query. Got a speedy response claiming they moved warehouses but my order would be expedited quickly and I’d get a tracking number in the next few days. It’s now nearly the middle of December, haven’t heard from them since, and they’ve stopped responding to my inquiries. Full-on scam! Will be filing for a refund with my credit card company.

This is a scam

This is a scam. There customer service phone number does not even work. I ordered a couple months ago and still have not received merchandise. I have filed for a refund with my credit card company

Scam company, don't give them money.

To those who are wondering, yes this probably is a scam. I ordered a jacket 4 months ago. They gave me a bunch of excuses. They said it was production problems, it got lost in the mail, whatever they can come up with. The goal is to make you wait too long to dispute the charge, in my opinion. They told me that the jacket was available, and that they would send it if I approved. I did not approve, and asked for a refund. They claimed that they went ahead and sent it anyway, so don't expect a refund. They gave me a tracking number for a site that they told me does not track the package. So what is the point? I checked it today, and it says it was delivered 6 days ago. No it was not. Once 60 days have passed and you can't dispute the charge, they will stop talking to you.

Edit:
The company had what was very likely a bot reach out to me to say that I would be getting a refund. Upgrading my rating to a 3 star, which is generous. Why did I have to write a review to get a refund for an item they clearly never shipped? I did actually get the refund if anyone was wondering.

Word of warning. This might still be a scam. Issuing refunds to some of the people that leave reviews would be a good way to convince people it's a legit company.

Did i just fall for a scam? DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered this morning without checking the company first and now I'm really worried. I simply didn't expect Instagram to advertise fraud businesses! I went back to the order and i can see there is no option to cancel it at this point.

I'll return to update this review once I recieve any info - should be shipped in 12 days.

EDIT1 (14/01/2023):
Well, as expected, it IS a scam. Haven't received any update regarding the order, no reply from customers service. I can't believe i actually fell for it. The webpage is oozing fraud from miles away. I think i'll try contacting my bank and at least get my money back because contacting the company is impossible.
Also, even though Pologize commented on this review that i'll be contacted via email - it wasn't concerning the order at all! They just sent me some 20% discount code for my "trouble". The audacity of these people is outrageous.
EDIT2 (23/01/2023):
So, Pologize contacted me after posting the latest update. They said there was a mistake and that my order wasn't shipped at all! They asked if I want it sent or if I want to "exchange" it for "store credit" and buy something else. WHAT?! They DID NOT ask me if I want a refund. I had to make that suggestion myself. I insisted that I want my money back as soon as possible and that I am willing to get my bank involved if it's not done. I received my money a week later.
I strongly advise not to shop at Pologize. It's a fraudulent business designed to get your money and hope that you "give up" trying to get your product or your funds back.

They won't give refund and won't send the product. If asked, they will just well you again and again that the order was delayed.

Never buy anything from this website

Never buy anything from this website. They don't send the product and they don't reply your messages.
I am really unhappy with them and after two months I've got refund from Paypal. I strongly do not recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. Total scam. Ordered over 20 days ago. Never got an email with tracking. When I check it doesn’t give any information on my order and when I tried their number it’s out of order. Don’t get scammed on Black Friday.
Pologize, if you’re reading this my order numbers are 158110 & 158191. I want a full refund of over $500 spent and nothing received. Pologize, you should APOLOGIZE!

Do not buy from this company, it’s a scam!! You will not get your order. They do not ship, it’s a brilliant scam, if you call it that. Keep saying it’s being shipped, for the last 3 months.
