I ordered a pair of shoes to wear at my…

I ordered a pair of shoes to wear at my Aunts memorial service. That was beginning of August 2023. Paid for shoes and shipping. It is now November 2023. No shoes have been delivered and Customer service is always just the same return email from Mary, stating delays etc etc and they will offer me 10% discount.

This is definitely not a real Company. Not sure how I first found Polomano, but I believe on Facebook.

STAY AWAY PEOPLE.

FAKE REFUND

One week ago I received confirmation for a refund for an 2x items I ordered back in July.

A week later, no money has been returned despite multiple, multiple emails and complaints. POLOMANO in my opinion has simply stolen $105.98 USD from me. ($163.86 AUD)

I've allowed 7days for the refund to turn up, still nothing. According to my bank an international transfer should take 72hours at most to show up.

Everyone please be aware this business appears to be a sham. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Borderline criminal

I have faithfully ordered and paid (via Instagram) a Jacket almost a year ago. The communication is a disaster (dozens of messages, emails, etc.).
The jacked has never been delivered
and my money has not been refunded. There is nothing to add: it is the most tragic, borderline criminal and disastrous experience i ever had with any brand in my life.
I have asked my Lawyer to contact Instagram to make sure they are aware. And we collect thousands of other customer feedbacks as well to make this company feels the reaction.
Something of this sort is unacceptable at best, Borderline criminal at worst.
Just stay away from this whenever you see an advert and we work on to be pulled down anywhere.

Highly Unsatisfactory Services

I ordered a jacket in August and it's now November and the order is still "unfulfilled". Much back and forth with what seems to be an automated customer service bot. Extremely terrible experience and I'm reporting to my bank for fraud. Also Instagram/Meta needs to know to stop running these ads and protect their users from companies like this.

Terrible.

Terrible.
After 2 months I’m still waiting for my parcel.
All I get is emails with excuses and promised refunds but nothing happens.
Not recommended at all.

Update!
3 weeks has gone and still no parcel. Just empty promises by email. Catastrophy.

Still no products

Still no products. Still no tracking number. Ordered in July. I'm now letting my credit card company know that you're a scam and have reported you to Facebook where I saw the ads. Shame on you for being one of the people who make this world a worse place for us all to live. You don't know what people are going through.

Ordered items 3 months ago. There is no sign of them Similar to the comments below. They fob you off with feeble excuses. eg Offer discounts on next order eg 15% off. That is nothing special as that offer is advertised on their website. Never again

Polomano is a scam

I placed an order 56 days ago and still not tracking info has been sent. 4 weeks ago I was told I would get a tracking code “soon”. A week later I asked “can you define soon”? They took days to respond to that question and the response was a non-answer. “We’ll work to expedite your shipment!”… that was 10 days ago and now I’m crossing my fingers that I can get a refund since there’s no way they actually have any intention of fulfilling my order.

Polomano is a Scam Company

It’s has been almost 4 weeks and my order still has not shipped. I check in each week and Customer service continues tell me it’s being processed with no real info on what’s going on with shipping. I have asked for a refund the last two weeks and despite them still not shipping my items they stated they cannot refund me either. This company is a total scam, would not recommend to anyone.
