Do not trust Polomano!
Do not trust and do not spend your money at Polomano. I am still waiting on an order from May 2023. It is now mid- Jan 2024. I have followed up 8 times since the original order date and it is clear that the responses are automated email responses that range from production problems to lost shipments. So far they have remarkably lost my shipment 5 times! I will of course continue to follow-up with Polomano through the years to come to see how long this continues and how many times my shipment gets lost. At least that might become a source of entertainment value for the $180 spent.
Please, please, please find another vendor for the product you are looking at. I was able to do so through a basic search. You do not need Polomano in your life

Scam, ordered in October, never received the order, asked for refund and it has been more than 10 days since they "initiated refund" but I have not received anything.

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. I've ordered a shirt in November and it has not been shipped. When I attempt to email them it comes back with an automated response asking for the order number. When you email the order number, an email is immediate redirected back to me stating that it has not been processed.
**UPDATE** despite the response from Polo Mano below, no one from this store has reached out. It is a sophisticated scam. Either they have AI, Bot or somebody screening reviews to give responses.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM SITE
It isn’t worth having any stars in this scam company!
I purchased 1 sweater and 2 trousers on 19 Nov 2023, it is a Christmas gift for my uncle, but I have not yet received it until now (15 Dec). I have sent multiple emails and they only gave excuses about the delay every time and the response was just like a robot.
I asked for a refund and cancelled the order yesterday, but they didn’t respond and only returned my email.
The order was supposed to be shipped within 14 days after receiving the payment their website states.
How can I get my money back from this scam site?
