I give Poloniex 3 stars, because my experience was mixed and not ideal, but support resolved the issue acceptably quickly.

I transferred cryptos to the site several times without problems but the last time the transfer just vanished from my history, although the tokens did arrive based on the blockchain records. This shocked me and I immediately thought of a scam. I contacted the support and they responded after a few hours and told me, that the will forward this information to the technical department. After not hearing from them for 3 days I contacted the support again and they assured me that they are processing my request. Two days later the deposit arrived. So it took 5 days to resolve the issue, which is acceptable for me, but the errors on the website should be resolved in the future to avoid such errors.

They change the price of the coins to make you pay extra 20-30% for transaction. Sells don’t process until you lower the selling price by at least 20%

Terrible support. I Felt scammed, the platform does not allow users to trade decimal values of coins only full increments, how ridiculous... yeah sure keep all my dust, you scammers! I also want to add, the support is a joke, I made a live chat support request on the 15th asking for help and was assured by someone who did not care and could not spell, my request had been escalated and after the chat was "closed" - alarm bells - I would receive support from the specialist team, which never came, I then sent follow up emails every other day or so asking what the progress was, and to this date 22nd have still not received a reply, so i reached out to live support again, to be given the run around again. In all transparency, the initial request was resolved, but not to my satisfaction, and I still have open questions that are not being addressed. terrible support, terrible exchange. stay away.

They’ll let you deposit no problem and charge fees for trading but you’ll never be able to get your money back. Been trying to move some coins to another platform for weeks and they review each transaction then block it. Reason for block ( unfamiliar IP address or unrecognised wallet or similar). Support tool is a joke, takes you round in circles until you give up. Place your investments elsewhere.

Limit sell orders were not executed and market sell orders were held for a moment followed by a red wick and at the bottom of the wick my order was sold 8% lower.

Scammers, they didn’t warn me when i tried to deposit Solana now my Balance is zero on poloniex even if it’s not on Solana Explorer , and the Support is not responding at my Emails, I’m going to poursuit them with the Law! ASAP

Poloniex used to be great in 2015/6. They have become worse and worse again as time has passed, coins/tokens have vanished and trading is near impossible within the UK now, my savings held in poloniex have vanished, I am completely frustrated and disappointed with them.

Sometimes i couldn't sell my coins, and the worst thing is that price-action changed when i put up orders and plumited drastically when i canceled them, every fkng time.

Acadianblue is just the only company I can recommend for any investor to make use of right now . If you haven't paid any money to them, thank your God and run. These guys are scammers.Virtually all the reviews here are coming from the scamming team or those who already purchased an account with them waiting for the next level, they hoodwink them to write a positive review yet they don't fund any account.

Poloniex can't be trusted. Poloniex is a Crypto Exchange. But how they handled their role as Tron DEX was unjust and a cheat/scam. TRXMarket is a DEX (De-Centralised Exchange) in the Tron Network where you could exchange TRX20 and TRX10 tokens. However Poloniex took over TRXMarket. When Justin Sun stood down from Tron, Poloniex closed their TRXMarket Tron DEX and they claimed they had given the users 1 month to withdraw all their funds. This is NOT true. Poloniex did not even alert or announce to the users. It was just some obscure message they claimed they had posted in a platform that users would not know and does not have any notification of, and many users were unaware. Such important announcement need to send individually to all users and need to have a Banner to announce to users whenever users login to the system, but there were NO email sent to users, there were NO banners that announce this when users login to their DEX exchange. and after that so called 1 month, they refused to return the assets to the users, in so doing they have stolen large sum of money and assets from the users. We hope that the Tron community and Poloniex (where Poloniex is one of the top SR (Super Representative and in so doing received much funds from Tron) in the Tron Network to be honest to return the user assets, as these assets rightly does not belong to Poloniex but the assets belonged to the users.
Poloniex is Dishonest and CANNOT be trusted.

I have had a negative experience with this platform. The customer service is lacking, and there is no proper support system in place. I encountered difficulties when trying to withdraw my funds. As a result, I do not recommend using this website..I have had the delightful opportunity to collaborate with several outstanding companies, such asĘåśybęęę. They offer the services I require to grow my investments effectively.
