When i became a Customer, everything worked for a Week, after that, constant issues with either Uptime or straight up issues, that were not fixable without support.

Many times, servers were misconfigured which makes it really frustrating when you have to wait multiple days to get a Support answer. Servers were touched without any warnings at all which made them stop working.

But the worst for the end: Letting people Pay for January, not answer Support ticktes which renders the Server pretty much useless for the month and then Announcing to shut down. Practically Scammed a whole month worth of money.

Also, giving people only a few days to back up their data. Things like this should be announced at least a month in Advance.

I'm leaving this host with an honest review. The uptime is misrepresented, with outages occurring more than four times a month. When I checked the panel during these outages, it was painfully slow, but after a few minutes, everything seemed to come back online as if nothing had happened. However, one of these outages corrupted my data, and when I reached out to support, I was told I'd need to pay extra for automatic backups. They don't maintain backups of their machines, which shows a lack of care for their customers. Their claimed 99.98% Uptime Guarantee is simply not accurate. On top of that, the Discord server is mostly inactive and offers little to no help.

I've been hosting my server on PolygenCloud for about 3 months now, and it's been a great experience. I've rarely encountered any problems, support is fast, and everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend PolygonCloud!

My experience with PolygonCloud has been quite a journey. As a returning customer who has purchased multiple servers over time, I have finally decided to stick with one server long-term for my backend infrastructure. I experienced a brief downtime during their network migration, but everything returned to normal fairly quickly but still suffered to certain amount from the downtime.

Excellent host! I tested a VPS offer, and everything is impeccable. Support is responsive, whether by ticket or on Discord, and rates are very competitive. Server quality is top-notch, with exemplary uptime.
The interfaces are clear and easy to learn, and delivery takes less than 5 minutes.

The machine I currently have is fast, powerful and the connection is really too good. Very good uptime of the services offered, which is really very interesting, and I find the site really nice. I really recommend it!

Simple and easy to use. Plus it's much more affordable than other service.

After intruding my server and deleting ssh keys and sniffed through my server (ILLEGAL BTW!) I made a ticket within business hours. The next day i wrote on their discord about it. They promtly deleted my Customer account and all server data without notice. They didn't even refund the full amount.

no support available. Contacted via ticket, email and discord, no response for days. the price is cheap, but nothing else is working. Stay a mile away! cheap Hetzner reseller...

Server delivered quickly, no problems with the vps, responsive support.

Great servers, no down time or anything but the support is just.. well it doesn't exist almost. If you need a complex task done such as installing a dock container, good luck you're quite literally on your own. You will be ghosted by the team of one person, which is the owner himself. The other guy rathers to play Rocket League, not sure what the hell he is doing within the support team.

Edit: Flavio did help out and gave additional 5 days for the issues. Great service, recommended.

Honestly, this is the best server hosting platform available. The few times I encountered issues. the support team was attentive and helpful. Plus, I've rarely had any problems, and when I did, they were easy to resolve.

A small problem on delivery but the support team solved it very quickly, the service is very stable and fast. I recommend this host.

The server offers excellent performance at a competitive price. The panel is easy to access, with no installation costs, and the bandwidth speed is satisfactory.
