One of the best things about about PolygonCloud is the free trial server they offer, allowing you to test the service. Their Discord support is incredibly responsive and has been a great help. The prices are very reasonable and I haven't had any problem with the performance of my server.

Excellent host with rapid performance, no lag, and an outstanding control panel.

I had issues regarding modpack installation. They did it for me and gave me extra 2 days for the delay they took to install the modpack for me (they took around 1 hour) and gave me 2 days even tho it was my request. Very fast panel and good support overall. Would deal with again 100%.

You get what you pay for, which isn't very much.

I don't know where to start other than avoid at all costs, they randomly switch your game server port so no users can connect, this is assuming the server is online which usually isn't the case due to constant issues which give several hours of downtime at a time, I've been with them for not even 4 days and have had over 15 hours of downtime and around 5 instances where I've been completely unable to connect to my control panel or game server. I finally had enough and decided to switch hosts, I was told I'd be refunded half, I then asked about this and was told I won't be refunded anything despite them telling me I'll be refunded. I've since had to escalate the case to PayPal. Their support has a lot to be desired, one staff member said he'd look into it and never got back to me, hours later another staff member did saying it was fixed, it was not.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have come from another site where the services were more expensive and provided less performance and quality. I discovered this site and It's better than the old one. Better prices and better quality on demand!

I have not encountered any problems, everything works well, I received the server immediately after paying and it works very well, the control panel is comfortable and intuitive.
