I had heard they had shut down but obviously just gossip as received my bespoke polypads within 2 weeks of ordering and in plenty of time for HOYS. They’re stunning!

Long wait time

Long wait time. No correspondence. Said it was despatched but Courier said they were waiting for the parcel. Website email address does not work. Phone number goes to Answering machine. Terrible

Lovely quality pad

Lovely pad, bought as a gift. Easy to order, plenty of colour choices. Fast postage and great communication on dispatch and delivery.

I recently placed 3 orders but only…

I recently placed 3 orders but only received an email to say that one had been dispatched the same day as 2 of the orders were delivered. I’m still waiting for the last one.
Some feed back and updates about any hold ups would be helpful. Also I think you should say how long to expect to have to wait once you place an order for example orders usually take 2- 3 weeks to complete.

Great product but said 48 hours for…

Great product but said 48 hours for delivery when ordering and took 31 days to arrive with no update until parcel arrived. Spending over £100 on 2 pony numnahs, both brown, I wouldn’t expect such a long wait. Great if you’re willing to wait, but not great service if not!

No communication and no arrival of…

No communication and no arrival of product 3 weeks later. Emailed, tried calling, left voicemails, texted, whatsapped, tried disconnected landline number, Instagram and Facebook to no response. Avoid.
