Complete scam!!!.. failed to deliver product and refused to refund my money.. waited for 1 year and nothing but poor excuses.. I've reported this online scam to the police..

Update: Pomabrush added the below reply to say refunds are processed within 30 days, overlooking that fact that I requested the refund in November 2021.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!

My product was never delivered, many failed promises and 100’s of excuses. Nothing materialised. I then asked for a refund, the refund has also never arrived, despite assurances. Don’t get caught out. Don’t buy from this company!

Great customer service and lovely brush. I will never use another brush again and I have recommended the brush to friends who all bought.

I ordered though this site a PomaBrush kit three months ago.
Many emails have been sent to them asking for the item and then asking for the reimbursement of the money.
So far I have none of these.
I already file a case against them.

I received mine last year via Kickstarter and it’s awesome! Plus I have not charged it since it’s initial setup…woot!

As an aside, I’m retired and work for no one but my wife….no matter what the Disgruntled claim.

Placed my order 5 months ago and still haven't received it. Each time I wrote to them, a bot named "Martha" replied with a couple of useless sentences. I will probably sue the company if the order doesn't arrive soon.

Those people that have written the positive reviews probably work for the company. The fact of the matter is that Poma brush does not go through with their obligations. I ordered a brush in September 2021 and It has still not been received. All I get are promises. That and the fact that they’ve changed their headquarters address a couple of times. This is very shady. My suggestion is not to patronize this company. Keep your money buy a real electric toothbrush that you can actually receive. I asked for a refund and they keep saying it’s been sent etc. a truly shocking company please don’t use them you will regret it.

I ordered a toothbrush 35days ago (2nd/12/21)and I haven’t received it yet. I sent 3 emails to customer service, but they only replied to the first one saying that they would have sent it the following week. I hope I will receive it by Easter. Very bad experience - not recommended.

I ordered my brush in november and still havent recived it. They are not giving my money back and today they told that the order will be shipped out by mid-January!
Maby by next Christmas i will recive it?

I placed an order for replacement brushes and received an email to inform me that my order was shipped on Dec 1st. In the email was a tracking number and when I track the shipment they inform me that it was cancelled by the sender. I have sent two emails to them and had no reply.
I am very disappointed and will contact my bank to try and recover the money paid to them. Huge scam to take money and not send the product and not answer emails!

Hi , I have been waiting for my refund to a cancelled order for a while with no courtesy to provide an update from person name Martha or even Andrei ( whose name was mentioned in refund receipt) ,.

worst customer experience one can get from any company
Pls don’t fall for product at all as if they can’t serve customer properly

I already have raised to my bank for trust worthiness of this merchant which they are now looking into ..

If you can’t have customer service then don’t sell product , Simple

I signed up to them original kickstarter campaign and love the Pomabrush. It is a really great product. But in November 2021 I ordered some spare heads and a second toothbrush as a Christmas present. No sign of it yet and absolutely no response to many emails chasing it. It is such a shame - it looks like my experience is similar to others. I’ll be getting on to my card company shortly.

Waiting more than a month, not a single update on the shipment and no reply to any emails or customer support on their website. Nice job PomaBrush!

Pomabrush is sensational. Can't believe it's so good. The design, the tech, the feel are all far ahead of the competition. I will warn prospective buyers not to expect a speedy delivery as I waited 2 months for it to arrive. But worth waiting for.

Terrible Customer Service

Constantly chasing up but no response from customer service
And still no receipt of my order, it just shows delayed dispatch!!!!

They write the same thing everywhere and over and over again. Have tried to contact them on FB, no helpful answers. Unfortunately, they are not interested in a solution. You have to wait another 30 days for the refund. Is it still going on?

It may not be a scam but you all need to read this before placing any orders. Much like the guy before me on the list here, I placed and order for £200+ and it has not arrived. I placed it on Oct 1st however so approaching 3 months!
I have been in repeated contact with a person called 'Martha' who has been fobbing me off for months now, always new excuse, always no info on expected dates.
I know we all got to be flexible with 'COVID' delays but it would seem these guys are all but finished and clinging on before they go kaput.

Yes I know I can contact your customer services! I have been for months now!! Probably in the region of 12 - 15 emails sent with no update other than fob offs!! You guys are a joke!
I actually love the product, hence buying more, and would buy again, but the service and responce is non existant. As I predict the company is. Your comment clearly shows you have not considered my case!!!

Ordered in November, still no product, still no answer from customer service. this is ridiculous

PomaBrush have got two things right. First, this is a fantastic product, both stylish and effective. Second, their marketing is impressive... I was eager to buy one. From my experience, they still have to work much harder to improve after-sales and customer service. I bought it in September and didn't receive it until just before Christmas. Interactions with customer services received vague replies and general excuses. When it did arrive, my order was incomplete. I am still waiting for the additional brush heads and the magnetic clip! I hope that the brush is durable because I am very happy with it. I also hope that the company can improve its after sales service to customers because (as is evident from several reviews) this aspect of their responsibility is poor at present. I look forward to receiving the missing parts of my order very soon! I do agree with other reviewers that this is a quality product.

Well I have posted before about not receiving my order however it did arrive for Christmas. It’s a very stylish brush, elegant and quiet. A very soft action that’s very nice to use. The case it is stored and charges in is a thing of beauty. I waited ages for my brush but now it’s here I really love it. Comes with a spare head, charging USB and a warranty.
