A very unhappy grandmother
I recently purchased a grandmother of the bride dress from this company. The dress was nice but the dress I received was a larger size than what I ordered. I sent an email and asked for the address of where to return the dress. They offered me $50 and keep the dress. Why would I want $50 for a dress that cost me $100 and is too big for me. I have sent numerous emails regarding a refund to date, have only received 1 return email with their $50 offer. PLEASE do not order from this company unless you are absolutely sure you will not have to return it. They are really crooked.

Amazing experience with great dresses
I ordered 2 dresses. I was contacted by email to ensure that I wanted both dresses and then offered the custom tailor for no charge. Both dresses are ABSOLUTELY beautiful and fit perfectly. I ordered 1 for my son’s wedding and another for a cruise. The material is high quality. I highly recommend. Wonderful experience with exceptional customer service.

I ordered 4 of these dresses for my bridesmaids.I chose burgundy . From the point of ordering , the company emailed me to check sizes ordered . I ordered on 10th March and received them last week,so took just over 2 weeks.What can i say they are stunning,the pics don't show the delicate sequins very well,but they are beautiful , the sizing is spot on,the dresses are very well made and definitely worth the money, they are very flattering on a larger lady too,would happily recommend and have done so. All my
bridesmaids are really happy. The only slight negative I would say is that the tracking could be better.
