I ordered a dress on Jan 2, 2025 and it was shipped out on 1/5/25 and I have yet to receive the dress. I also have been emailing the customer service email. with 1 response regarding how to track the shipment. They stated they would reach out to the shipping carrier, and I have not heard anything back from them. I have emailed them twice after that email with no response. The only information regarding the shipping that I get from JS Express is 1/14/25
Your shipment is in transit. Thanks for your waiting. Totally dissatisfied with this company.

I ordeted a dress and took my measurements just to be sure. The dress that arrived was not proportioned to any woman. I can't believe these reviews are true. I immediately let them know. They offered a refund after I sent the dress back at my cost. Shipping back would cost more than the dress and they know that. This is why I pay everything with credit card or PayPal. The dispute is in PayPal hands now.

As someone who's 5ft 2 I struggle to get long dresses to fit me so I opted for the custom sizing.
I've done this before with other companies and it's never gone well but with pomuyoo it was INCREDIBLE!!!!
They helped me get the perfect fit! Super friendly and helpful with my sizing questions to! I've never had a dress fit me so well (even my very expensive Custom made wedding dress!)
The colour I chose is burgundy and it's a true burgundy, beautiful!!

Customer service was good! But the dress itself was not true to the measurements I sent (was about 6 inches too short!) and the material looked and felt cheap. By the time it arrived we were too short of time to find something else yellow, which would fit a really tall bridesmaid and a very pregnant bridesmaid, so I had to wear it. But I didn’t feel nice in it at all. Could have just been unlucky with the style of dress though because the rest of the reviews are so positive.
