Pond Safety responded extremely promptly to my enquiry and were very helpful in clarifying details. They arranged for a man to come very quickly, and he fitted the pond cover efficiently, despite terrible weather!

We were very impressed with the speed and professionalism that Pond Safety demonstrated, whilst fitting the diamond grid in our pond. The service was helpful and friendly too. Definitely recommended.

Tony was so helpful and very quick to get back to me once I emailed him about what I was after. He talked me through how to get accurate measurements of my ponds and the boys were out within a week. They were also very reliable and helpful and were thorough with showing me how to clean the product and take it out. I’m the whole job went very smoothly and I am very happy.

The whole process from quote to fitting was helpful and professional. Having the grid on the pond has opened up our Nature Garden to the pupils at the school who can now use space freely and safely.

A great experience from the outset. My initial email was replied to within an hour, and I received a quote the same day. My pond cover had been fitted within a week, and everyone involved was friendly, polite and helpful. My pond is now safe for the kids, and still looks great - the deck is very unobtrusive and a vast improvement on the netting we had used previously.

I recently had DiamonDeck safety grids installed to keep my toddler safe around our pond. I was reluctant to have anything that might spoil the overall look of the garden, so I was over the moon when I saw how neat & tidy it looks. I’d say it actually looks better now, plus my fish are also safe from herons.

Pond safety did a great job fitting the diamondeck at a customers school for me and i'm very satisfied with the product and installation and ill be looking to use them again in the future.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, excellent communication throughout the process and reasonably priced. The fitters were polite, knowledgable and clear in their instructions and I feel much more confident allowing my children play in the garden knowing the pond is covered. The wildlife in the pond often seen sitting on the grid, so don’t seem to mind it!

From our first request for a quote for a safety deck to be installed through to the completed product Pondsafety provided a very fast and professional service. Tony was extremely efficient at making sure he had every detail required from us before the date of install to ensure everything went smoothly. The fitters were just as good, extremely polite and knowledgeable and carried out an excellent job. We have two two year old girls and now feel we can relax a bit more and let them enjoy their time in the garden like two year olds should without the fear of falling in the pond. Great customer service and the pond cover is safe and looks good

Prompt quotation followed by delivery and installation all as promised with the minimum of fuss. Lads on site did a good job of dealing with the shape and happy with the end product.

I'm the headteacher of Pocklington Community Junior School which had a large pond on site which was underused due to the concerns around access. We came across the Diamond Deck have been very pleased with all aspects of working with Pond Safety from quotation through to installation.

We opted for the deck to be installed above the water line to ensure that there was no risk and the fitters have done an excellent job. This was made more complex by the fitting taking place during the school day when children were present, however the fitters were completely professional and worked within our safeguarding policies and procedures during their time on site. The finished product is excellent - able to take my weight! We're now in a position to be able to have independent access to the pond area throughout the day which has revolutionised how we're able to use a whole section of our school playground.

For any other school looking at this product, I'd highly recommend both the product itself, and the company.

We have a 6 month old and started to get very nervous about her falling into our 4mx5m pond when she gets older. I'd researched a few different options and systems, but they all seemed either inadequate, hard to install, or expensive. Then I came across Pond Safety. I'm very happy with the service. Overall they were very quick - from quote to installation was less than a week - with great communication in-between. Tony was very polite and explained everything really clearly in the run-up to the installation. The price was fair, and the two guys who installed the kit knew exactly what they were doing, were pleasant to deal with, and got everything done within a few hours. Plus explained how to dismantle / deal with the grid system in the future. Would highly recommend.
