Everything about the service was really great, from the first contact and the quote through to arranging a suitable date for fitting and the fitting itself. The fitters were first rate, very polite and efficient, explaining everything about the safety cover and how to maintain the pond. The cover is a very good quality, fitted perfectly to our odd-shaped pond. The only slight downside is that adults can't walk on it.

Tony and his team were terrific. We ordered a DiamondDeck safety grid system. Within a few days, this was installed to the highest standard, providing us with enormous peace of mind!

I googled a pond safety solution in more hope than expectation! i bought a house with a pond insitu and a toddler in situ too. I didn't want to get rid of either, so looked for a solution that went beyond doubt. The diamond grid supplied and fitted by PS was excellent, it preserved the beauty of the pond and assurance that my son would be safe in the back yard. The lads came on time and were quick in doing what they did best. Fish were unharmed and pond left as in good condition.

We wanted a safety cover to protect our infant grandson who was due to spend two days a week with us. The process could not have been easier. My pond looks great with the grid the fish are safe from the herons and my granddaughter can play in the garden. This has given me great peace of mind when she is playing .

Having a one year old grandson who can disappear from sight in the blink of an eye, my Pond Safety pond grid is worth every penny! The lads who fitted it were polite, professional and did a great job. An unexpected advantage: I don't have shelves in my pond, which I have always regretted. But 4 inch round pots squeeze nicely into the grid, with the bottoms resting in the water. So I now have lots of plants, helping filtration. Super job, very happy!

We moved to a house that has a large pond that needed covering as have two young children.

Pond Safety installed the DiamondDeck system which in my view is the only pond cover that offers complete peace of mind.

We had it installed above the water line for maximum protection and in the past four months since living here it has done its job well on two separate occasions. An added bonus is that the heron hasn't visited since it was installed either as too hard for them to get at the fish!
