The worst customer service ever
I ordered on 1st December for someone as Christmas gift and paid express shipping to guarantee I get it fast. Not only I didn’t get it for Christmas but when I contacted them asking to cancel and give me refund as it’s not coming on time they ignored me. It came on 30th December damaged. But I didn’t contact them again because they just ignores you anyway. Very bad service. Never going to order again. At least they should have refund me my express shipping money but they don’t care about customer service. Never again I’m going to trust this website.

Great necklace
The necklaces I bought were very nice. My Mum and Dad were very pleased.
The only problem I had was that I couldn't track the parcel at all. It was always unavailable.
