I would actually rate this seller zero stars however I can't leave a review without a star!! I purchased a bracelet for my mum's Christmas ordering a specific size they have sent the wrong size the bracelet is also doesn't have any authentic silver stamping on it only three digits stamped on the little tag at the end of the bracelet that any one can put on with jeweler stamps so not even sure it's genuine sterling silver other than the sellers say so I have contacted multiple times through email and other social media for returning as this also has to be approved before sending back and the seller has completely ignored me. I'm absolutely furious I'm left out of pocket having to buy another replacement gift.

Disappointed
It looks nice but there is very little contrast between the steel and the cuts meaning it’s hard to see the engraved image. I’m some lights it doesn’t show at all. Overall disappointed.

!!! I am personally very dissatisfied and disappointed with this seller !!!
I opted for the option of paying 21€ more for the product to arrive in Austria, in 2-5 days as written on the seller's page, something that seller never honoured. I waited 8 days (I was in transit through Austria) and before continuing the journey to my country I checked the location of the product: it was still in China. I tried several times to talk to the seller, but he didn't show respect or even the slightest desire to make things right. I can’t recommend it to anyone!

If I could give zero star then I would, the product cost just over £30, it looks cheap and tacky so I can’t possibly give it as a gift, the photo they are using to sell the item looks real nice, and the item I received is cheap and tacky. Will not order from this company again.

Poor quality items
Poor quality items, not worth the price. I bought 2 small light trees with personalised pictures as ornaments for them. I only received one, still waiting for the second one. But the quality was dreadful, the tree was just wrapped with cheap foil all throughout - it’s visibly poorly made. I wish I could return it, but since it’s a personalised item, they won’t accept it, and it’s coming from China, so it would take forever.
