This is the first we have heard about this delay and we have now been able to react immediately by contacting our carrier to find out why they haven't delivered your parcel as expected. Our carrier has said that your parcel got lost in the depot which led to this unexpected delay. Your parcel was eventually located and delivered to you last week As you will now see from your delivery note, your order was dispatched from Poolstore UK on time for a next working day delivery. We are sorry again that this didn't happen and as you have ordered from us before you will know that 99% of the time our carrier does get our parcels delivered on time.
