It’s not their fault but
It’s not their fault but the chlorine packaging was very poor. I ended up with chlorine spillage which was not good and took a lot of time to clear up and make safe. I’m not sure that I got it all. I did get a small refund but only after escalating. Hopefully this issue is being resolved. Previously I had many years of good service.

As previously discussed we sealed the container with tape around the lid, then sealed the bucket within a bag and shipped it in a box full of loosefill. Despite all this packaging, the carrier has managed to handle the package in such a way that some of the chlorine granules have spilled into the sealed bag. Once you informed us of this issue we did apologise and requested some photographic evidence of how the goods arrived with you. You told us that you didn't take any photos and that the spillage was now cleaned up. Without the photographic evidence, we couldn't take up this matter with our carrier, but despite this we did make you a goodwill offer for your inconvenience.
