I cannot tell you how marvellous this company is. I have pestered them with questions and worries about my pool, its liner, and the plumbing, and every time Jason and his team calm me down and set me straight. They have treated me like a member of their own family all we need now is the weather to enjoy our beautiful swimming pool!

Easy to contact, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The problem with my very prompt delivery was quickly solved, and replacement parts arrived the following day. I will go to Poolstore for any future pool needs without hesitation.It’s so rare nowadays to phone a company and get an immediate response without a palaver!
