I emailed re my 10 month old pool blaster cleaner not working. They immediately sent a replacement. No quibbling at all and next day delivery. As I couldn’t find a phone number I was a bit sceptical, but I’m still in shock at this fabulous response from Poolwarehouse UK

Their claims regarding performance of the cover are absolutely true. I was absolutely astounded by the reduction in heating consumption, originally I was heating the pool for 7 hours a day to attain 30 deg. It has now reduced to 3.5 hours per day to attain the same. The evaporation loss is negligible with water clarity 100% improved.
IT IS VERY REFRESHING TO FIND A COMPANY WHOSE CLAIMS ARE WITHOUT QUESTION SPOT ON.

Now I know that you are also one kind of Rogue Company that's afraid to show information regarding your VAT number.

While other Legit sellers posted their VAT numbers on their websites.

It's because Rogue Companies like you who are very dodgy to hide their VAT will definitely scam other people 100%

There was a special place in HELL for certain people like you who only knew to SCAM OTHERS

This company is brilliant. We made an error on the size. No problem. A new cover was sent out and the incorrect one picked up. We also ordered a roller. Again we had help with the fixing, which proved to be very easy. It was such a pleasure doing business with a business that only wants to help. Again - BRILLIANT

Avon scientific trading as Pool Warehouse were easy to deal with delivery was prompt and on time (instructions for delivery were followed as we were away at time of order) the price was brilliant and communication was great would highly recommend and hope to buy from them again in the future

These covers seem to be the best option for quality/price. I've got a feeling if you try and go cheaper on a pool cover you'll end up regretting it.
Their customer support is v.good. Were always available on phone/email. And my cover came the next day. It was easy to fit. If I can fit one of these anyone can!

This is the third cover I've bought for my pool in the last 4 years, and it's certainly the best.

Do not buy the cheaper bubble wrap options as I did in the past.

Ordered a pool cover. Arrived within 5 days all good. It would have helped to know that pool warehouse and avonsci are the same co. I cancd my order with warehouse and reordered with avonsci as they were offering a discount! Cover is good correct size. Ordered one before with this company and it has lasted 11 years! Needing a new solar cover for a 16x32 ft pool with a Roman end, plus some other bits and pieces, I put my order in on a recent Saturday and to my amazement, it all arrived on the following Thursday! The order was complete and the cover fitted perfectly to the measurements I had provided! Given all the issues generally over supply of items plus this time of year there must be lots of pool orders going in, I a very impressed! I have immediately put in my order for a new winter cover for my pool!

was sceptical as not much info about the company about..... gave it a shot following advice from others who had used them in a FB site. Glad i did my delivery arrived today (12ft round geobubble cover) well packaged and within the 5-7 working days delivery stipulated on their site. I got notification of delivery this morning. The cover came a smidge bigger than the 12 ft i ordered and overlaps the pool a little ATM but i assume this is to allow for the expected shrinkage on the cover.

We ordered a 12 foot Bestway above ground pool from this company finding them to be circa £100 cheaper than other suppliers. We were a bit nervous but though it was worth a shot. Ordering was simple and an email was received to confirm the order had been received and was being processed. It actually arrived several days earlier than we were expecting which was a nice surprise. Well packaged, good price and speedy delivery....now if only the sun hadn't gone away we would be swimming all summer

Overall I've had a pleasant experience dealing with Avon Scientific/Pool Warehouse UK. I would rate them 5* if they can make the order progress a bit more interactive (when required). I.e. Answer calls or take messages and respond later. Resource costs money and therefore I'd be happy to pay more for the products to have a better customer experience. Something to consider...

First of all can I say this review is about their non existent customer service. I emailed them and made it very clear that I wasn’t chasing the order I just needed them to know that I was going away for a few days and didn’t want the item to arrive when no-one was at home. I got no response. The telephone lines are permanently engaged. I then sent a message via Facebook messenger and on their Facebook page. This generated a generic response as if I was chasing the order. I tried to confirm once again that I wasn’t chasing. The person I was speaking to via messenger said they were the owner of the Company and once again spoke to me like I was chasing putting in capital letters that the item was being sent out within the advertised time scales. I told them I was disappointed with their attitude. The company encourage customers to use the email facility to communicate. As other reviewers have said no updates are sent prior to despatch. I am sure with the technology available today it wouldn’t be too hard to create a better customer service experience. The item I ordered has arrived and I’m happy with it. It seems that customer service is not high on their list of priorities.
