Preordered an item several years ago and paid in full. Never got my order fulfilled and customer service just ignores me.
Never buy from Pop collectibles!

Edit: This happened on a preorder. So no way for me to still do a veryfied review, or even just get my money back from PayPal. Basically a scam!

Perfect experience, order arrived a bit delayed but with the tariffs that was expected.

An easy purschase, timely delivery and well packaged addition to the collection

I preordered the INART Batman (Batman: Arkham Origins) 1/12 Scale Collectible Figure from Pop Collectibles. During the preorder period, I requested that my shipping address be changed from Canada to Mexico and paid the additional shipping charges they required.

After the figure was released, Pop Collectibles provided me with a tracking number. However, the tracking showed that the package had been delivered to my old address in Canada, not to my updated address in Mexico.

I immediately contacted customer support to ask whether the package was intended to be forwarded to Mexico or whether it had been shipped to the wrong address. Since July 9, I have sent follow-up emails every week requesting clarification and an update. Unfortunately, I have not received any response.

At this point, I still do not have the figure, I have not received any tracking information for a shipment to Mexico, and I have been unable to get any assistance from customer service.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but what has been most disappointing is the complete lack of communication after multiple follow-up attempts. I hope Pop Collectibles will respond and resolve this issue.

Pre paid for a figure in 2024.
Figure has been released and shipped for months still haven't received.
I have reached out on Instagram, email and Facebook with no replies. Avoid this company unless you want to deal with frustrations.

No notice about shipping fee until 3 months later that costs $50 USD. Never ordering on pop collectibles again.

Ordering was fast and easy. Received email promptly once figure became available for shipping. Looking forward to my item from Pop Collectibles.

I paid 82 dollars for the 1/12 Inart Batman two years ago and my order nver came and I have received zero updates about it coming. I tried to email and tried customer service and got zero replies. Please do not order from this website.

In stock Figure came quickly to the USA, packaged securely, and tracking was included.

The worst retailer to purchase figures from. They never communicate, Hardly any feed back from them. Going almost over a year and I have only gotten 1 email responses in regards an unfulfilled order I made thru them. This is my first time ever leaving a review on a company but my experience with these people has been a nightmare. Ovoid this people at all cost. They will take your money and not refund!! I don’t know how els to get these people to respond so let my mistake be an example to rest of you guys!.

Great service, great communication

I preordered a figure from Pop Collectibles and paid in full, expecting either the product I ordered or a full refund if they couldn't fulfill it. Instead, my order was cancelled, and what followed has been an absolute nightmare.

The company claimed to have issued a refund, but I never actually received those funds either. Despite contacting them repeatedly over many months, my issue has still not been resolved. I have been left without my product and without the money I paid after waiting over **two years** for my preorder.

Communication has been incredibly poor. Getting a response is difficult, and when they do reply, nothing meaningful gets resolved. As a customer, it feels like once they have your money, you're left to deal with the consequences on your own.

I have spent countless hours trying to sort this out, only to be be ignored or left waiting. No customer should have to chase a company for months just to recover money that is rightfully theirs.

This has been, without question, the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I placed my trust in Pop Collectibles, and I deeply regret it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect a quick or satisfactory resolution.

I have been purchasing from Popcollectibles for ages now, always happy, good customer service and prices.

Fast will continue to shop with this company!!!

The delivery was fast. The figure wasn't damaged good details from the delivery company

DO NOT PRE ORDER, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP YOUR STUFF!!!! I've been waiting for my MMS773 Harley Quinn since October 2024 and now they are releasing and sending out to people who just purchased but I still haven't gotten mine and they refuse to answer me or give me a refund. Don't ever spend any of your hard earned nostalgic money on products from this company. They have horrible customer service and I will be taking my money for my collectables else where.
