This is a absolutely shocking service, if I could give you less than one I would. I’ve paid for something including postage that I have never received! Totally disgusting service!

Spot on service order just before 4pm and delivered the very next day.

The level of service was great not only that I got a discount for bulk buying and payments are paid over instalments with Klarna app. Since they offer this payment service it makes it much easier considering the pay of living and buying items has increased.

This company seems to rely on customers not knowing their rights. A carton of ice cream mix arrived damaged, and the product had a much shorter shelf life than advertised. Despite this being entirely their fault, I had to chase them multiple times to get a proper resolution.

It felt like they hoped I wouldn’t notice the issues or wouldn’t push back. Only after I pointed out my consumer rights did they finally issue a full refund, including delivery. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and untrustworthy.

Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

I have not tried the new mix yet but I'm sure it will be great as the old mix (red carton) is the best soft serve by miles.

Tge service is second to none, upon delivery there were 2 burst cartons, hence I contacted A1 Equipment and they replaced it within 2 days, but not only the 2 burst cartons, they replaced the whole order for my inconvenience.
Absolutely fantastic.

A great price on what I was looking for, brilliantly quick customer service response and resolution when I emailed them with a query. Delivery was next day as promised, and everything was packaged really well.
Both food products ordered had a really long shelf life on which can always be a worry when ordering food online. Great company, very pleased I came across them and will use again.

As the previous review mentions I have had the exact same response of an order cancelled. Was asked to provide a reason for my order which I did, I then had my order cancelled as they weren't satisfied with my reasoning for hosting a extremely large family event. The director seems to be a self-entitled individual who knows everything. Avoid at all costs unless you are happy to have your order cancelled if they decide to discriminate against you

Extremely poor service - ordered just over £150 of goods for a few events I'm running - had my order cancelled and a snotty e-mail from the company director. AVOID.
