I had friends visiting from abroad and we decided to rent jetskis for a day together. Good experience at Popeye's, the jetski were in great conditions and the staff professional and friendly. Everyone had a blast!

Staff was so lovely, definitely recommend paying the extra for the pickup service as it is quite far out. Whole transfer system was very organised. Would 100% recommend.

This was one of our best experiences when staying in Dubai on vacation. Fast jetskis, friendly staff and an excellent tour guide who went out of his way to make great memories for us, making pictures and cool videos against a backdrop of Dubai landmarks.

Great day on the Jetskis, very fast Jetskis and friendly staff who guided us and took lots of pictures. fairly priced and well organized.

They stated that the water was too rough and needed to cancel my reservation and that they would refund my money. They still have not refunded my money and it has been months already!

Amazing and so much fun!!! It was our first time jet skiing, so we only did an hour, but we got to pretty high speeds (for us) and were able to reach Atlantis easily, with lots of time for pictures there and in front of the Burj Al Arab as well. Our guide Amine was very friendly and watchful and took tons of photos/videos of us, airdropping them to us later. The pickup and drop off from the hotel was so convenient and they give you water to keep you hydrated. Our whole bodies were sore from holding on so tight and going in the air a few times, but we can’t wait to do it again! Very friendly, professional and safe service provided by Popeye Jet Ski.

We had a really great time! The guide was highly accommodating, good fun, and great with a camera! We had no issues with the whole experience, from pick up to drop off everyone was polite and their English was great! Would highly recommend and looking forward to booking again next time I'm in Dubai!

I’m writing a review in reflection to hiring jetskis from Popeyes. Neither my son or his girlfriend know how to use a Jetski and there was no instruction WHATSOEVER and everyone just sped off, unfortunately my son‘s girlfriend had a panic attack after 3-4 minutes of use on this JetSki, the other couple they were with also sped off with the instructor, they had never been on a jet ski before & clearly the other couple had.. the instructors were very kind and tried to get her to go out on it but she just couldn’t do it as she was scared… finally they persuaded her to go on the back of instructors instead & they took her JetSki back this still had to be paid for £140 for no refund was made I spoke to the company regarding this they replied with saying …..they would give her a free hour to go back out on the JetSki obviously she’s not gonna do that because of the situation this company wouldn’t even give her at least half back… if you having any doubt that you may be scared or you inexperienced do not use this company the photos they advertise are not what you get I will attach attach the photos that they received and just be warned because it’s a lot of money… & because the water conditions was not great they didn’t even go as far ( Atlantis ) as advised very disappointing..

Let's start with the experience itself. Our family had an outstanding time with our first flyboard session. Thanks to our Instructor we all managed to at least fly on beginner level. (Me personally expected it to be almost impossible but the less you think about it the easier it gets).
But feedback is also meant to be motivation for improvement. So the booking process itself was pretty easy but then we got contacted that the flyboard was not available at the fixed date so we had to reschedule. At the new date again the board was said to be unavailable and we were asked if we wanted to change our booking to jetski. Just in the moment I wanted to cancel the board was miraculously available and we could go on the flyboard. Still don't understand what kind of game that was. Also we covered a weight and size range from 120 to 200 pounds - but we had to ask for fitting protective gear.

Great service, was picked up from our hotel which worked well as when we did this last year the taxi driver was not able to find the venue. We paid for 1 hour, we enjoyed this. The instructor was great, I do think he spent too much time trying to organise us with photo’s, we had 2 jet ski and trying get them to sit together in front if the Burj Alarab is difficult. I would have rather spent that time using the jet ski which I did suggest, but he said we have 1 hour so it felt like we were killing time. This was only a minor issue. Last year we went with a different company and had half an hour, we did exactly the same journey and went to the Burj Alarab, so it’s worth checking what you are going to get in the time you have and the money you spend. We had lots if fun, returned safely and their were changing rooms. We did not want to go back to our hotel so asked if they would take us to the Mall which they were happy to do. Good service, highly recommend.
