I am 51 years old and this was my first experience on a jet ski and I loved it!!! My daughter recommended Popeye as she had used their company earlier in the week and I’m glad I listened. Everyone should try this experience at least once. Prices are very reasonable too. May I suggest a little more time on initial training and/or demonstration for the less confident skiers like myself? I would definitely recommend Popeye Jetski to all visitors to Dubai. They also take photos and videos and send to you later, all included in the price. This was a wonderful on-the -open-water experience and I would ride with Popeye Jetski again.

My friends and I rented 4 jetskis and it was great ! The guides are very nice with us, jetskis are insane ! One of out best moments in Dubai. !

600AED for an hour is very good value compared to those in Madinat where we were quoted 750AED for 30mins.

Really great trip however we never got to go see Atlantis The palm as we were told we ran out of time but it’s included in the package

What an amazing experience! We arrived about 45 minutes earlier. They gave us water to drink and made us comfortable. They have seats to sit and wait. They then gave us a briefing on how to drive the jetski as we have never drove a jetski before. We left for our hour experience. We went to Atlantis on the Palm, the guide took amazing photos of us, and they send it for FREE! Then we went to Burj Al Arab, and again the guide took amazimg photos, he even took our gopro to make us a video! It was just truly amazing. The staff was amazing, friendly, caring! We will definitely go back to Popeye for more water experiences!

I have left my review on Google maps. Service was strange, discussing my request was terrible from Provider's side.

My booking was cancelled due to inclement weather for jetskiing. Weather was just a little windy that day but I trusted their judgment. They wanted me to reschedule but I couldn't because I was heading out of Dubai the next day. I was expecting a refunding as that was what they promised. Cancellation was on November 9th. It's now the end of November and I still have yet to receive my refund. I've emailed the main customer service email and the general manager three times now and never received a response. I at least expected a response as proper customer service but got nothing. I feel robbed.

I had a great time! Really kool, and friendly staff. I often go jetskiing on vacation and this was by far one of my best experiences yet. I would also highly recommend renting the supercharged Jetski for more advanced riders, I was basically in ludicrous mode on water. The next time I'm in Dubai, I will definitely go back to Popeye's 👌🏾.

Not very professional at all.
Lockers not visible only a shelf to put the belongings in for everybody to grab when you are out on the sea.
Shower totaly open for eveybody to see and the changing room dirty and not very private.
The guide only took of and left us almost 100meters behind all the time and not very interested in us.
