The advisor was quick to reply which was excellent because normally online chats the advisor can take ages to reply. They understood my issue and were able to come to a resolution so lets wait and see in the next 3-5 days.

Cancellations
Had issues on numerous occasions with pop in a box, ordering goods then after literally months of waiting, had my order cancelled by them due to no stock, no warning.

Overall good
Overall decent, with good products and good customer service however on occasion some products have arrived either wrong or damaged but we did manage to resolve those issues quite hastily. However some issues have gone unresolved still.

Great customer service, chatted with someone called Dan and he was excellent, helped me every step off the way to make sure, everything was sorted in a nice and timely manner too

Worst Customer Service Team ever!!
I ordered 7 pre-orders in May 2022, and paid for all items together. I received 2 items, but was still awaiting the last 5, or a refund.
After speaking to several members of staff, on several occasions throughout last year and this year, it seems they have cancelled the rest of my order with no plan to refund me. I have spoken to them countless times and most recently they agreed to refund me, stating it would take 10 days to process.
Funnily enough, at the end of the 10 days, no refund.
I questioned this with their customer service team, who just started the whole refund request again from the beginning.
Genuinely, the worst customer service I have ever received, and hands down the worst customer service team in the UK!!!
DO NOT USE!!!

You never receive your order
Don’t even bother with this company and save your money. First i pre-ordered 2 funko pops as gifts for my family for Christmas and despite me PRE-ORDERING them which I thought was supposed to guarantee that you get the item when it is released. I waited ages for these items with no updates apart from being sent the same generic email multiple times and had to contact them myself to find out what the hell was going on with my order to find out that even though I had preordered the items i would not be getting them due to ‘lack of stock’ meaning they had sold more than the amount they actually had available and did not update the website to say sold out which I’ve heard is common for this company. I was not made aware of this before i contacted them myself and had to cancel the order so i wonder how long they would’ve gone without letting me know what was going on. Then, they gave me £15 online credit to order something else so i bought some pokémon cards as another present, i made sure they were not preorder or anything so they would actually arrive however, it’s been weeks now with no sign of my item and i’m getting the same generic emails that i was getting for the pops and now i’m guessing that I wont be receiving this item either so i’m going to make sure everyone i know is aware of not to trust this shambles of a business until they get there sh** together. Oh and not to mention they’re called Pop in a box and don’t even sell Pops anymore ! how ironic.
EDIT 2 HOURS LATER- they have cancelled this order too and have put the £15 credit onto my account saying that the pokémon cards are out of stock. How can a brand keep selling things to people that they don’t even have in stock, this is yet ANOTHER present ruined and i’m not even going to bother spending the £15 this time because i know it will never arrive.

Absolutely awful, don't shop here.
Pre-ordered something as a birthday present, nearly a year later and they haven't sent it out, despite the fact it's now freely available in shops. Queried and was advised it would be sent out in a couple of weeks time, that time passed so queried again and was advised its now not available.

Only received the mystery box
Did not receive both items, just received the mystery box. I ordered the batman sweatshirt on the 9th and it came with a free mystery box and only the mystery box came and not the sweatshirt. Will not order here again after this harrowing experience.

Used to be my go to site
Used to love Pop in a Box as they always had a good stock of pop figures I needed. Now it's mainly clothing and I haven't had any pop figures in my subscription since August. Trying to cancel my subscription is a nightmare as no option on the site and have to go through chat who couldn't help as there's an 'update' but unable to tell me what the update is. Will have to try again tomorrow. I already cancelled pre-ordered items as they were processing since October but got them elsewhere as 4 months wait was enough for me. Not sure where the stock is coming from!

Honestly the worst company I've ever…
Honestly the worst company I've ever bought an item from ever. After a whole year, i finally got a funko pop i ordered. It was so frustrating as they kept saying it item was delayed or there were production issues. I could buy the item elsewhere! My friend got the same funko months ago. Never again. They gave me free credit for the trouble but, i doubt I'll use it.
