I ordered a product on 16th December 2022 and I still haven't received it today 30th January 2023. It was meant to be a Christmas present. I emailed a few times to ask if there was an issue but no one explained the delay.

No intention to send me item and no courtesy to cancel it either
Pre-ordered a limited edition item back in August last year. I've been very patient waiting for it to arrive since it would depend on them receiving stock for me to.
Should have been delivered in November but I did not hear anything. I was told in December they were sorting my order with a matter of 'urgency' and I should receive it in no time.
I finally messaged them yesterday for an update, at which point they cancelled my order and apologised or any 'inconvenience'. I messaged them to find out why was it cancelled and more importantly why they did not do this earlier instead of waiting to hear from me. I just got back that they no longer stock it and sorry for any 'inconvenience'.
I can't get the item now since it was limited edition, but they do not care about that. They just list it as an inconvenience and ignore the unprofessionalism of their company.
I would warn people to not pre-order any items from this site of you actually want it to arrive.

Don’t waste your time pre ordering, your funky pop will never come into stock and you will miss the boat and have to pay over the odds for it from somewhere else. Stay well clear!!!!!!!!

Fast and very affordable with many payment options
I have never used this company before so was very sceptical. But the process was fast, the email notifications were prompt and pleasant. Dispatch was very fast.

Good support but not a very professional site
Made an order for three items .Told it will be dispatched 24 to 48 hours and days went by.Got two emails saying sorry for the delay please check the status of your order on the site by signing into my account. Spoke twice on separate occasions to online support service. First time told it will process soon and this was normal second time told product not available as it was added to the site by mistake. I'll not be using this site again.The second support agent was great a gentleman by the name of Dan .Thanks Dan for clarification of my order .Think you need to sack the first support agent I spoke with or re-train him lol 😆 😂

Only received one parcel as of yet but very impressed with how they were delivered and I ordered a damaged pop for £5 and legit I’m yet to find where there’s actual damage, I hear rumours your apparently on the way out which is actually sad as I would have been recommending to everyone

Product Arrives Damaged... TWICE
Suggestion... If you collect comics, DO NOT order comic books from Pop In A Box (PIAB). I ordered the above Funko Daredevil comic for nearly $15. In the order notes, I asked for it to be bagged, boarded, and packed thoughtfully. Well, whoever packs their orders probably shouldn't work there. The comic book arrived in a box designed for a toy, that's greatest dimension was 10". The comic is 10.25". So instead of finding a better suited box, they shoved it in, bending the comic and kinking its spine. Worthless. On reporting this, they sent out another, immediately. That was nice! However, when it arrived, AGAIN, it was squashed into yet another wholly inappropriate shipping container, kinked spine and bent. Another worthless piece of paper. I reported damage to the second shipment. Instead of correcting the problem and sending me a unblemished copy of this comic, they decided to refund me, essentially dropping the ball. Lame. Won't be back except for shop exclusives.

I have purchased many times from you…
I have purchased many times from you and from Zavvi your sister site. All pops show up poorly packed and windows scratched on them due to that. Many show up with fingerprints on them that look like someone is eating fried chicken while picking the orders. It is not that hard or expensive to properly pack these for shipping.

My item was out of stock
There was an issue with my order which meant it was out of stock, the system hadn’t generated a full refund for me so I spoke with Dan on the live chat and he sorted it out for me within minutes, very good customer service!
