Not a good start for a new company

Hi this looked a good deal so I thought I would sign up. Gave all details on Monday and hoping to get sim card by Friday for trip to France. Alas no joy. Card hasn't arrived despite the company saying it would be next day delivery. So gone to France now without the card . I will stay with smarty now. Goodbye popit

Support email doesn’t exist

Trying to contact support on the email they provide to ask a question about data roaming.. the email doesn’t exist or can’t receive emails.. sounds a bit dodgy to me for a new mobile company.. think I’ll stick with present provider
