I placed an order on 02.04.2026 which is still being processed. They wrote to me that a certain item was not available and I wanted a refund, and I also asked when the order would be fulfilled. There was no answer.

My order was delivered and everything was fine with it, for this reason I am changing my rating. Although with a delay, everything was fine.
