The worse customer service I e e er…

The worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Placed an order on 12/5/25 and haven’t received it. All it says it’s delayed since, 12/18/25 with no current updates to where my package is. I’ve tried emailing and calling and no one replies back or answers their phone. Stay away from this company. Do not purchase. They are awful

Americans DO NOT BUY! Crooked company

I am very upset right now. I think it is absolutely insane that this company does not provide return labels. If I knew I had to return back to Canada without it being covered (I am in US) I would have NEVER bought from them. I had to pay half of what I ordered $64 dollars of a $126 dollar purchase JUST to return and that’s if they even refund me. So I basically wasted $64 dollars and in this economy and during that holidays is crooked behavior!!!! They did not respond to an email from me either I sent almost 2 weeks ago. Customer service is awful!

Great Customer Relations

Gifts that I had ordered for Xmas got deemed missing which is out of the control of the company. They refunded my order without any questions. My wife loves the products so much and even though would likely not arrive for Xmas we put another order in. The company immediately shipped the products and to our delight the gifts arrived already. It is a busy time of year and everyone busy so it was a pleasant surprise customer support was on top of it.

Less than 1 star! Do not buy from this company - customer service non existent. Their cream bag is beige! They do not respond to emails and charge for returns when they misrepresent the color of their bags.

Run away

Ordered and paid for a bag 4 weeks ago. No response until I threatened to put the transaction in dispute with my credit card. Never responded to emails. Masquerading as a proper brand.

No customer service!

I would rate this company is zero if I could I recently put in an order and I wasn’t happy and I started returns and they accepted them but the label part of the return said label error and that they would email me instructions and I’ve yet to hear from them . I tried to call the contact number. No answer they’re saying they we have to call customer service but I already emailed Customer Service weeks ago about wanting to change my order. Never got a response.! Hoping that this can be resolved somehow but not hopeful!

This companies website is terrible no customer service support!

This companies website is terrible. Be aware that it doesn’t ask for any information about delivery it just auto populates your information. Then when you try and email them to change the delivery address they can’t do it. Why I don’t know!! They have no way to call them and everything is email. Terrible customer service. Perhaps you should work on helping out your customers so they don’t give you such a bad review.
I do not recommend this company.

Poppy and Peonies ....is not all flowers and sunshine!!

Poppy and Peonies ..... a distractive name compared to the company I/you are dealing with. I have contacted the company twice (email and chat) and I still have no answers. So I did a bit of detective work. They have an office and a store in Penetanguishene Ontario. Oddly they list a UK phone # as their office #??? I am going to try the UK # and if successful (??) will post outcome. UK # is +44 1483 351 662 (not holding my breath :) )

Poor quality

I purchased the Go Getter Tote in berry and fell in love with it. I take care of my things and was saddened when it started to break down at the seams and straps but thought it was maybe just a bit of wear and tear from using it daily. Unfortunately, it continued to break down and I won't be able to use it much longer. If they switched out their material from 'vegan leather' (aka plastic) to a more durable fabric, I would happily purchase a replacement. As it is, I feel it's too expensive for the quality (or lack thereof).

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. They overcharge for shipping and have no customer support phone number to deal with an issue. Then it took 3 weeks to receive the items. When I emailed them I just received a generic reply. I only gave 1 star because there was no “0” option.

I only gave it one star because the option to leave zero stars was not there.

Horrible customer service, not willing to offer help to make a situation better or help make a customer satisfied.

I would not purchase from this company again and do not recommend this company.
It is disappointing because I like to support local companies, however I cannot get behind companies who knowingly give false information to customers and then refuse to rectify the situation.

Zero stars.
