The whole process of ordering a bag was easy. I purchased a ready made bag, it’s very well made, the leather is nice, the color is beautiful. Shipping was good.

Order arrived quickly, color was true to photos, and was very well crafted. The price point is fair for the quality and the end result was successful. One thing that I think needs improvement is having to reach out for directions on construction for the kit. Overall, I would like to buy additional kits to make from this company and hope in the future they include easier to access or included directions.

The JACKIE bag kit took about 3 weeks to arrive. I messaged the company for the link to the tutorial video but they ignored me. How am I supposed to make the bag without instructions?!! Why don’t you include the instructions in the kit instead of making us message through WhatsApp and then keep waiting for nothing. I don’t want to give you my number. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The quality does not look like leather. It’s very fake cheap plastic.

The handbag I ordered is absolute perfection. The ordering was easy, and questions I had were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and the shipping was fast. I highly recommend this company for pre-made handbags. The packaging was equally perfect.

Absolutely flawless purse. My only concern was my own fault for not measuring size as I wanted a medium/large bag as I already have extra large size. But this one was smaller than I wanted. I should have measured. But the bag is beautiful.

I just ordered my third and fourth bag to make from Popsewing! My first bag was with Top Grain leather and PU, and my second bag was all Full Grain leather. While you can tell the difference, both bags are absolutely gorgeous! I have received so many compliments and friends can not believe I made these on my own.

Customer service at PopSewing is top-notch! They are responsive, helpful, and always offer solutions to any question you have. My next bag is custom, and they patiently helped me with the right leather and color choices. I did have a billing question, and they immediately remedied the issue.

Legit company with great quality products, especially genuine leather DIY KITS to create your own handbags. Products are shipped quickly and neatly, instructions are helpful and the end result when you make the kits following their tutorials is fantastic. Highly recommend it! Ive bought several bag kits from them already!

I love all their products. I bought a Birkin 30, a Jypsiere, a Lindy 26, a Kelly wallet and a small wallet. I sew all of them and enjoyed every single piece. It’s my pass time while I’m on sick leave. I highly recommended their products.

I got the Birkin platinum bi colour d.i.y. kit.There were plenty of tutorials online to give you a lot of help,so it was pretty easy to sew.The quality of the leather was great and all the accessories that you needed were included.I found it helped if you matched up the holes with leather pins and cotton markers.I would like it if there was a 35 birkin d.i.y. to make too, not just a ready made one.

I bought a large pre-made bag for traveling for $199. Same dimensions as Hermes Birkin 40. Its almost cavernous- easily holds my 17" laptop plus everything needed for a weekend away. Beautiful leather and well-assembled.

It’s absolutely beautiful. I’ve ordered a birkin 25 cm rough for my sister for her birthday just waiting its arrival.. i’m about to order another for myself, this time with crocodile . Love! prefer pre made, frankly because I suck at putting things together. I am obsessed with their Birks and Kellis, have bought 9 of them in my favorite colors as well as a number of different bag charms! Outstanding customer service, personalized communication, it has been a joy to deal with the team (thank you Fiona and Cathy!) and all the products I have purchased have been exquisitely, carefully made with attention to detail.

This company advertises as if it is an American company. Their policy has a 30 day return policy. Great, right? Well guess what? When you let them no that you are not happy with the purchase (front straps are not long enough and it bunches up the front of the purse). In addition, when you attempt to add the body cross strap to the purse, you spend five minutes trying to fight with the purse and straps to get the straps to attach!!

Furthermore, they gaslight you and tell you that the purse is just”made that way”. Emails back and forth for 1.5 weeks trying to convince you why you should like the purse.

Anyway, and this is the big part. This company is located in China!!! They WILL NOT pay the return shipping for the purse (around $70!!) and will only send a partial return (I had to pay $35 for the company to SEW the purse together.) They will not return the Sewing fee!

I just was not happy with the purse and I spent $188 for the purse and to have them sew the purse together (they do offer an option for YOU to sew it together and you will not be charged the $35)

I feel This company misrepresents themselves. They say “ Thirty (30) return policy but neglect to tell you that you will have to pay $60-$70 to RETURN the purse to them!!!

So, YOU DECIDE. Would you want to go through all of this.

I ordered the ‘Leather Teddy Bear Charm’ on Jan 31 from Australia and it arrived on March 7. I got it with the handsewn service and it came so well made and cute! I’m obsessed! I’d say the quality is a 10/10. They even gave me a free little rainbow charm. The team are very nice and caring :) Overall, I’m very satisfied with the end product and grateful for their kindness.
