I confirm similar experience with this…

I confirm similar experience with this company. No order delivered and no refund and no reply for their supposed email address. I advise strongly people no to use the app. I would actually give it 0 stars if it was possible. I believe it is a scam. I have sent more emails to their support. Curiously, they reply to all the reviews. Perhaps they should spend more time answering to their customers directly

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. After i had requested a return, the courier hadn't come. The phone itself was bad quality. 100% battery life only lasted for maximum 1 hour even though the battery health was 100%. All in all, I felt very cheated by Popsy. I do not recommend buying refurbished phones from this seller. Learn from my mistakes

Worst customer service.

This morning, I contacted customer service to cancel my order by sending an email with my phone number and order ID number. However, I haven't received a response to my email, and I was surprised to receive an update confirming my order, indicating that my order will soon be shipped. Additionally, they don’t have a WhatsApp number where customers can speak with a real person. I would not recommend buying anything from them; they seem like a scam.

If you are from the company and reading this, please don’t reply with a standard message asking me to contact you at chat popsy.app or at the support/contact @popsy.app. I have already done that, and my issue remains unresolved, which is why I am writing this negative review. I will continue to post negative reviews on all your platforms until you contact me and refund my money. if you really want to help this is my order ID number: 3c8eeabe-5061-4150-a002-317e345085d1

The worst site I dealt with and I was shocked by his bad treatment

In fact, this is the first time I have dealt with Popsy.
Unfortunately it was a very bad experience, they are a company that does not respect their customers and does not believe them, they only work in one direction, which is that the customer is wrong and must pay for a malfunction that he has no hand in.
I tried more than 8 times to explain that the problem appeared suddenly and not from me, but they only listen for their own benefit.
I will not leave them and I will present my problem in all types of social media, including this email, and I will not advise anyone to buy from them because they are an untrusted company and unfortunately the customer does not care about them.

Delivery issues amd poor customer service

It is unacceptable that my order for a MacBook Pro, placed on August 17th, 2024, is still "under preparation" after 7 days. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service, I have not received a clear answer regarding the status or expected delivery date of my order #9e46a2d4-7a74-4b1d-96a2-e37a11cae7ee.

As this laptop is urgently needed for my daughter's studies, this delay is causing significant inconvenience. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to seek a refund and purchase from a more reliable source.
