Never received my order or refund

I ordered two Skallywag boxes on October 27th, 2025, for $63.92. Anticipated delivery date was November 6th, 2025. I did not receive the boxes or any emails saying that the delivery was delayed. After another week, I sent several emails to support with no response. I called, and each time I was told that the boxes would be sent out by the end of the week or early part of next week. Nothing was ever sent out. I left 3 voicemails asking for a refund. I have not received any return calls or emails acknowledging my request. I called support today, December 11th, 2025, and got a hold of Katie, the Manager of Customer Service. I asked for the status of my order, and she went on to give me several reasons why they haven't sent my order out yet. From bad employees to weather issues, to lack of product etc. I told her I wanted a refund, she said she couldn't do that and that she would have to contact the owner. I asked for a refund confirmation by the end of the day and she said she can't promise that and hung up on me.

Hello, my order #6949 still has not been received as of yet. I purchased my order on August 28, 2025. I also checked rhe FedEx sight and it just shows that they were awaiting the order. The label was made but that is it. I am writing in the hopes of getting sn update ss to ehen my order is to.be msilef out. I understand that the demand is great for these items but it hsd been almost a month since I ordered. Please, can somone look into this for me. Any assistance you are able to provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank.you and have a nice day

This is my fourth attempt to communicate with you concerning my order. I have not received it and its been almost 3 months now. I see FedEx shipping numbera but have have yet ro receive anything. At this point i want a refund of my purchases. If this.is the way you do business than you are not good at it. To respond to my first email saying that you would deliver and still have not nor respong to other inquiries makes you a theif not a merchant. Makes me wonder if this is how I have been disregarded then i am sure that there are others so your testimonials are not true. I would like someone to respond to my email with a solution.

Obviously no one looks at the messages sent. Again, no one has responded ro my request for service. I ordered a box back in August and still have no received my order. I have emailed and also messaged with no resolution as to when my item would be. I need either my money back or the items I paid for. I do understand backlogs but be for real. It does notake long ro send me my purchase as I see other customers on your fb page who received their boxes after me.. 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I ordered 3 MK H&W mystery boxes and they were supposed to be here November 14th & as of today, December 7th, they do not answer the phone and refuse to give me a tracking number and carrier. I've contacted them 6x and now I am filing FRAUD charges through my bank.

Total scam

Total scam. This company took my money, created a fake shipping label, and never sent my product. I gave them ample opportunity to give me a refund, and they kept sending me stock emails with fake attempts for pacification. And no refund. I warned them that I would start blasting their social media with negative reviews if they didn’t do the right thing, and they ignored me. So I am blasting the Internet with every place I can find their name, and letting people know the reality of this company. If I could give them negative stars, I would. This is coming from someone that dies almost all of their shopping online. I do not accept fake vendors.

Pirates porch, my box first

I was anticipating the arrival, and it was shipped with care. I did get a Michael Kors bag, but I’ll keep waiting. There was a giveaway to my friend who has kids. They would’ve gone and needed stuff, but I enjoyed it. There are some really cool things in here. I love the fun stuff that came in the box.

The last time was better.

Not bad this go around. Thanks, it was fun while it lasted, but due to porch pirates not understanding that when you have a company, you are legally supposed to put every single detail somewhere for the customer to read. No point in blasting anyone on here about what happened. I hope they fix this situation in the future.

Use things not but... many I could

Currently waiting on my 3rd box delivery as I write this!. I absolutely love your company and the goodie boxes they make.. I love being able to “I have that” if my friends need or want something. Great selection of goodies! Due to my hair type and skin tone, some of the things didn’t work out for me, but the people I was able to give them to were so excited. The correct size knee brace (I’m not a small fry) was a surprise and has made my gym time a lot less painful.

I ordered three boxes first one came…

I ordered three boxes first one came within a month. It was the beauty box. Every single product was dirty filthy and used. I mean every single one I have pictures. I sent an email and I never received the other two boxes. They apologized and said they would take care of it and it would be mailed shipped out within 48 hours. It was never shipped out another month went by. I emailed again and again they apologized and make sure they would ship out three new Boxes Within 48 hours. Now it’s another two months and still nothing. They create a label and that’s it. It doesn’t go any further than them creating a label. I’ve asked for a refund and still nothing. So frustrating. I’m so tired of being ripped off.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - SCAM!!!!! I bought a 1/2 pallet and never received it. I called 28 times before I got an answer, they said they would refund me but have yet to do so. I have emailed multiple times and have called at least an additional 20 times, and they have yet to return an email, answer a call or return a call. IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD!!!!

Terrible, terrible company!

Like other reviews here, if I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order on August 18, 2025 for a Beauty box and a Classic w/subscription. In mid September I received only the Beauty Box which contained mostly garbage (broken, used, & empty items). At that point I emailed and they said the Classic boxes were backordered, so I canceled my subscription, but the box I paid for was still pending (label created, but never left the warehouse). I was told on more than one occasion that my box would go out "by the end of the week" or "the next day". I asked for a refund because it became clear they had no intention of shipping the rest of my order. On Oct 22nd I received an email that they were working on my refund. That was almost a month ago, and still nothing! This is the absolute worst online shopping experience I've ever had. They really should be shut down.

No boxes!! No refund!!!

You need the option for zero stars!!! I signed up in May or June, took months to receive 1st set of boxes. Which both boxes had the same items in them. All trash!! Nothing I could even use, well, except for a bunch of freaking balloons!!! During this waiting period, I was charged for the next boxes. By the time I received my box, I was charged for the next boxes. I sit here today, mid November, still no boxes. This company owes me money! I have requested refunds several times. 1st response given was they had sent out my boxes. It’s been a month since that response and still no shipping movement from printed label. This company needs to be shut down!!!!

Terrible

The first boxes I ordered took awhile to arrive, but I was happy with the product. I ordered another box 8/30/25 and bought a subscription for monthly boxes. I was charged 9/30/2025. I still have not received either of those purchases. Emailed support and was told they were out of stock. Emailed support again and they offered me 2 smaller boxes. They changed the prices on their website. I paid $89.95 and smaller boxes were $29.95, so I should receive 3 smaller boxes to equal my bigger box. I emailed them back and didn’t get a response back and still haven’t received anything. They’ve turned comments off on their Facebook site, too.

I purchased 2 MK boxes and 1 classic…

I purchased 2 MK boxes and 1 classic box in July and it is October now and I haven’t received any boxes. I get notifications that they created labels but that’s it. And the lady I talked to on the phone always has an excuse and she will create me labels and they are never picked up by the carrier. I have asked for a refund and I haven’t received it. This is a 100% scam.
