Louis Do- Porsche ambassador
Louis, was a real ambassador for Porsche Newcastle. Approachable, Knowledgeable and extremely personable. He is clearly passionate about the brand and this overspilled to ourselves; hence the purchase.
We had previously viewed a model at another dealer, but Porsche Newcastle and Louis were head and shoulders above the rest. This was our first Porsche purchase and suspect it won’t be the last! It was by far the best experience we have ever had buying a car - but this was no ordinary car, it’s an experience and well worth waiting for.
We purchased an older model, but the care, service and attention to detail we received, was as if we were buying a brand new and the most expensive car on the lot. This shows the integrity of the brand and its high standards - Louis reflected those admirably. Our dealings with Louis and the team were faultless. Not only did they get to know what you were really after, but clearly knew the cars and their previous owners, which speaks volumes. At no point was there any sales pitch, genuine staff, who were knowledgeable, and focused on relationship building to spread the passion for the brand. The follow up and support is clear. If you have ever wondered about a Porsche, or not then maybe you should - contact Louis, he will find out what you’re after if he can’t find you the perfect car and experience, I don’t know who will! Terrible service from these guys
Terrible service from these guys . Took my deposit of £3,000 and the salesman said it would be returned within 3 days , it took over 7 days in the end . They Conduct business over wats app which is very strange and do not reply to emails . They may reply to this with a host of excuses etc… I have the whole wats app trial . I have never conducted business over a wats app conversation . Avoid these guys , very unprofessional.

Great hospitality, made to feel very welcome with no sales or time pressure. Very good discussions and information across the board and in detail of the GTS.

The Porsche Masterclass is a logical and very useful follow-up to the official handover process. Freya - at Porsche Newcastle - was very personable and helpful, providing excellent information and a valuable insight into the many functions of the Macan. I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Paul was amazing – he made the entire process seamless and enjoyable, and his professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. Ben, the showroom manager, was also incredibly insightful and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, making me feel completely confident in my purchase.
What really impressed me was the extra mile the team went to — since I was coming from Kent to pick up the car, they arranged a hotel stay for my family, which made the whole experience even more special and stress-free.
Top-notch service, great team, and a beautiful car — I couldn’t be happier!

We bought a car in February last year…
We bought a car in February last year from Ben, and returned to see about another. Whilst the guys didn’t have anything in stock for our specifications, they accommodated test drives and tried to source our dream car. Whilst we did not buy a car this time, we will use the centre for servicing and would happily purchase in future.

Great Customer Service - Abbie Christie
I visited Porsche Centre Newcastle last week and the customer service was phenominal. I wasn't looking to purchase a car at that moment in time however all of the staff made us feel very welcome. In particular Abbie Christie took the time to offer us hot drinks and spend a large amount of time talking to us. We were made to feel very welcome and had a great day!
