We bought a car in February last year from Ben, and returned to see about another. Whilst the guys didn’t have anything in stock for our specifications, they accommodated test drives and tried to source our dream car. Whilst we did not buy a car this time, we will use the centre for servicing and would happily purchase in future.

I visited Porsche Centre Newcastle last week and the customer service was phenominal. I wasn't looking to purchase a car at that moment in time however all of the staff made us feel very welcome. In particular Abbie Christie took the time to offer us hot drinks and spend a large amount of time talking to us. We were made to feel very welcome and had a great day!

Had a Porsche since my early 20's, disgusted at the way Porsche Newcastle is treating it's customers, well now its been franchised. Porsche used be like a family, staff new you, knew your car, very personal experience, it's far from that now... My last visit i was told not sure what the fault is, but it's going to cost £1600 n after that we will investigate it further at further costs if that doesn't work, i ended up paying the diagnosis fee for nothing as they didn't diagnose the fault, i took it to another specialist who fixed the fault in 2 days for £600. I would advise looking elsewhere to look after your Porsches. Times are changing...

Popped into Porsche Newcastle today for some advice about my new 911. The team were very welcoming. I was offered a drink on arrival by Gill and then introduced to Ben- he answered my questions and gave me his contact information for any future assistance.
Good service is hard to find at times- not in Newcastle it seems.

I had an issue with all the lights coming up on the dash of my Porsche Macan on the journey up to Bamburgh for a family holiday. Several Porsche garages along the way said that they could not see us that day, but I stopped at Porsche Newcastle as it was on the way. They agreed to fit the car in and promised to have it ready before I was due to leave the area the following Friday. After overhearing my telephone call to my breakdown insurance company regarding a courtesy car, the manager offered me a Panamera to use for the week.

The team there were so friendly, and I was so grateful that they could help me out despite just dropping in. They replaced all the ABS sensors and did a complimentary check on the car. Thank you Newcastle. Special call-out to the girls on the reception who were so friendly and lifted our spirits on what was a stressful day.

Fantastic service from Jamie at Porsche Newcastle .. from the day I went into dealership I couldn’t have been treat better by jamie , simon and indeed all the staff .. level above any other dealerships I’d been in lately and Iv been in a few ! If your on the fence of can I buy a Porsche pop in and see them you might just be surprised! Thanks again highly recommended..

We visited Newcastle Porsche this week and after being ignored in both BMW and Mercedes we thought this would be the same even though we are looking to buy a small SUV. We spoke to a great salesman called Chris Parker who took the time to talk to us and find out what we need and what we would be happy to spend and even got us a nice hot chocolate! We are still in the early stages of looking but recommend this dealership and Chris to anyone looking to buy a Porsche.

I’ve just bought my very first Porsche (electric) from Porsche Silverlink Newcastle. Chris Parker was the salesman and made the entire experience amazing. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I’m delighted with my brand new car. He even arranged for my private plate to be transferred. I was very impressed with him and the team who were also very helpful and friendly.

An amazing team who go above and beyond! Absolutely thrilled with my new car. Special thanks to Paul for constantly keeping me in the loop and updating me throughout and a genuinely lovely person - nothing felt salesy and he really took the time to explain everything to make sure I was happy. I can only congratulate Porsche on their choice of salesperson Paul Wilson at Newcastle Porsche. He was everything you would want him to be. Polite, smart, knowledgeable and accomplished in every aspect of his job. He truly enhanced our amazing experience in purchasing our Porsche. After going into a few dealerships and being ignored we came into the Porsche Dealership and were pleasantly suprised by the treatment from Chris Parker , he was helpful , listened to what we needed and even though we have a low budget spent time with us and tried his best to help and even got us a Hot Chocolate , Very Impressed at how we were looked after , we will be back when we can afford more

I found a used car at this dealership and enquired about it on the Wednesday. On the Thursday we drove from Cheshire to see the car which had been fully valeted prior to our arrival. We took the car for a test drive, decided to purchase it and because it was within 3 months of it’s service date the vehicle was serviced by Porsche that afternoon so that we could drive it away the same day. We were brilliantly looked after by Chris and his colleagues, all of whom went above and beyond so that I could drive the car away in a matter of hours.

Placed my order in November 21. A 2 year wait due to pandemic, war and component shortages.
Patience payed off with an amazing car delivered with support along the way with configuration challenges. Great handover with Chris and even help getting it safely delivered with a secure transporter due to the winter weather.

Just got back from a drive in my 911 I bought from here a while back. Still puts a smile on my face and never any issues when contacting for service. Would be happy to buy again.

To be honest I would never deal with this group. They offered me 12k less as a PX than other Porsche Main Dealers...total insult. Someone is in the wrong job
Only giving 2 Stars purely as a result of pleasant salesman.
Whatever they say to this review just don’t believe it !!! I gave them a long email as to their failings and their return was “I got burned before”. As I said wrong job.

I recently purchased a car from your dealership.
I felt I had to drop you a line to say how efficient and helpful your salesman, Jaimine Mistry, was.
The process was not simple and myself being abroad complicated matters. I have bought many cars over the years but must congratulate Jaimine on his professionalism, enthusiasm, organisation and his desire to assist in secondary tasks which make the fulfilment of the purchase smoother and extra special.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your dealership and especially Jaimine.
In today’s world, it is hard to get caring and thoughtful staff and when fortunate to have such people, one needs to keep hold of them !

Recently purchased our first Porsche at Porsche Newcastle. The customer service was amazing, the car is perfect and we couldn't be happier! James went above and beyond from the second we walked in to the showroom and this A* customer service carried on throughout the whole process even after purchasing the car and agreeing to perosnally deliver our private plates to my home address. Overall a very happy customer and I'm sure we'll be back!

Called in this morning with what I thought was a simple servicing question.

On entering the dealership I was immediately asked what my visit related to and with a “I’ll get someone to attend to you”, was offered a seat. So far, so good.

After quite a while someone did return to ask what I required and I again explained my request. They couldn’t help but did say they would find someone to attend to me.

I waited, and waited, had a look at the shiny new cars, inspected the extensive range of accessories and eventually someone approached and asked “what can I help you with? They couldn’t help, but promised to find someone to attend to me.

I waited another ten minutes or so, being ignored by staff who were having a chat amongst themselves, or walking around carrying clipboards. Then I left.

Typical main dealer experience, beautifully presented, impressive facilities, but underneath, no real use.

Great experience learning and selecting our first big family Porsche! This is the second time we’ve been into the dealership as we couldn’t decide on Porsche or a RR. Have decided to place an order based on the quality of the car (obviously 😂) but also because of the professionalism and care of the staff. Even when we were more swayed to another manufacturer, they were humble, customer focused and really wanted to make sure we got something right for us… and it has definitely paid off as we are ordering from them. Thanks to all the sales and reception team at Newcastle.
