Fantastic experience purchasing my first Porsche. James Eadington has been absolutely first class from my first visit walking through the door speculatively to the day of picking up my new Gen 3 Macan S. Nothing was too much trouble throughout the while process. An absolute top man 👍. I can only praise Porsche Centre Newcastle and in particular James and Lee who sorted out everything during the purchase of my Macan. Making the process easy and not forced or pressurised. I just want to thank Porsche newcastle for bending over backwards to assist me with an issue I had with my brand new 911 Turbo. The issue was not caused by the car itself. It was down to a flat battery caused by me. The dealership absolutely Bent over backwards to assist me. I must say I am a very fussy customer and they did everything in their power to resolve my issue. In particular I would like to thank Chris Turnock and Michael Crone for their Beyond the call of duty assistance. I would recommend them to anyone and thank them profusely.

Just picked up a Cayman GTS from Porsche Newcastle the whole experience from ordering, completing the paper (mostly paper free) to hand over was seamless. The staff on reception were welcoming and very friendly. James my point of contact, explained everything and I was kept up to date at all times. The whole experience was excellent.
