I have bought a lot of cars from a lot of manufacturers over the years, Audi, Merc, JLR, Stratstone (Maserati and Ferrari), but this is my first experience of buying a Porsche.
I found a number of 718 Cayman GTS' online and spoke with a number of the dealerships. Firstly I dealt with Lee and after a bit of the usual back and forth on price we reached an agreement, he went as far as I'm sure he could and we did the deal.
Lee then handed me over to a chap called Fraser, who I at first thought was after sales, but it turns out is a sales exec (which I have to say, I rate Lee for, as it seems as though he put the sale Fraser's way, I might be wrong about that, but if so fair play).
Fraser was, without doubt, the best car sales/after sales person I have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he sent me simple step by step guides to activate things like the tracker, and sent me 5 or 6 personalised videos of the car - not only getting me incredibly excited about driving my new Porsche, but also showing me how everything worked. On the day itself I think he was more excited than me for me to pick it up, maybe as the sun was shining for a change in Newcatle.....
Either way, despite me living in Leeds, the Newcastle Porsche centre now has a customer for life....

Took delivery of a new Macan recently from the team at Porsche Newcastle and they were fantastic. Would highly recommended this Dealership as my experience of buying a Porsche was very enjoyable.
